Sure. But this time there would be one big difference: I would ask...and I would really want to.

Would you get married again?

No way - no how -not even for all the tea in China

With two failed marriages under my belt ( 7 yrs then 18 years) I have more desire to shave my legs with a dull razor than to marry again.

Live common law..........that IS something I could see myself doing down the road

Sure. I'm not against marriage, but living together may be preferable - common law. Who needs the paper?

Would you get married again?

This is something I have given a lot of thought to over the past eight years I have been single. At first I thought "no way, no how, never again, absolutely for sure". I think that is most people's first thoughts on remarrying when the break up is fresh. Over the years I have altered my view somewhat. If I was with someone I wanted to live with I would prefer to just live together common-law. However, if being married meant something to my partner, ie religious, family or cultural reasons, I think I would do it. I definitely would be against an actual wedding though. And then again in the highly unlikely circumstance it was her first wedding, I'd have to rethink that stance as well.
