But, I use to be a profesional at it... or maybe I should say an "unprofesional" at it...
REGARDLESS,
TONS of Powerade, or Gatorade, or (incert sports drink brand here). Lots of water, egg mcmuffins and the most intense rollercoaster you can find!
Works every time.

| Cure for a hangover? Posted: 5/17/2006 7:08:48 PM | Drink a lot of water while you are drinking, if you don't remember to do that, then try and drink a ton before going to bed. Like someone above said, its dehydration that nails you, but also going to bed with a belly of booze is bad news (oh sweet I just coined a new phrase!) and having your system process just that while you sleep is rough.
All that failing I buy a bag of grapes, get a ton of water and sleep as much as possible. I'm a bit of a wuss when it comes to hangovers.. I turtle in the blankets and try to sleep it off.

| Cure for a hangover? Posted: 5/23/2006 11:14:55 AM | | I left the bar and alcohol scene in 1983. Besides the lack of electrolytes and dehydration, a hangover is also a mild form of alcohol poisoning. The sure-fire cure I used was marihauna. Thirty seconds after entering the bloodstream, there was an improvement and after five minutes there was no trace of a hangover and it did not return after the pot wore off. It virtually wiped a hangover right out. Mind you, one would be next door to useless for the rest of the day. I'm happy to have both drugs out of my system for over two decades, don't need it. | |

When u smoke pot u service the underground economy, yknow the economy that helps people from dropping down dead of starvation or lack of place to sleep because of government policies.

| Cure for a hangover? Posted: 8/13/2006 8:24:29 PM | Actually gatorade was originally invented as a hangover cure but due to laws at the time they couldn't market it as such so they had to go with sports drink. McDonald's of course is tried and true. Grease binds to alcohol so it does work. | |

Posted: 8/13/2006 10:30:52 PM | Wow so many great ideas for a hangover cure.. a whole lot of you are on the right track so if you know you're gonna tie one on(pof phrase) do the pre-emptive thing, take vitiman"b" and wash it down with pedialite or power/gatorade and heres a trick I learned from an old Polish guy eat a whole whack of bread to soak up the booze, and in the morn. you just gotta rehydrate and another vitiman "b" also a couple of advil doesn't hurt either.....hope this helps......sssssssshhhhhhhhhh someone has a headache.....

| Cure for a hangover? Posted: 8/14/2006 7:30:33 PM | I'd go with a sports drink because it has much needed sodium in it. If you overhydrate with water you can cause your brain to swell and die. | |
