Not all people, are here for the same reasons. A VERY important
thing to remember when interacting with other humans.
My best guess, is that I came here to learn about love and diminishing
the EGO! The latter, I am achieving. The former, still eludes the

Posted: 3/8/2008 9:16:17 AM | | Before I lost my Husband the most important thing in life was stuff......how much we could get and how quick we could get it. Even through if you would have asked me at the time I would have told you my family but now that I have had time to mull it over it was just stuff..........and after he died I found out what was important. None of the stuff we had. I kept telling myself that if this was a dream I would trade all this junk for having another second. Today people are important anything living and breathing has made a important impact on my life. I don't think anything happens by accident. I am grateful for the couple that I meant having their 65 wedding aniverseru they were holidng hands and for a moment I was overwhelmed by their love. I find people beautiful sounds corny but I love life and am so grateful to spend another day with people that I love. My Daughters beautiful smile and how she loves old people and how wonderful she can be with them. Some things that were important years ago no longer hold any value to me.......I think life is teaching me a lesson that I should have learned earlier.....I am glad I finally learned what is truly important,,,,,,,,Blue | |

Us, meaning the Roman Catholic Church and it's sister churches who practice their pagan beliefs. Who admit that Saturday is the Sabbath and that the church and Constantine changed it to Sunday. That does not make it true and millions of people are being led astray and worship in vain.
Just fables to those who want to do evil things. No one is more evil than the Popes and the Roman Catholic Church, who thought they had the right to put themselves above God, and changes his commandments. Worshipping the sun God and the fertility god and naming them Easter and Christmas. No where in the bible is there one word about what they practice. Don't Catholics read the bible, or do they just don't care!!Yes, it has been very profitable to them but they will burn in the lake of fire. What good is gaining the whole world if you lose your soul? What is more important to me is to know that God will always take care of me. I know that I will never be without for He will provide for me. If one door closes another will open. To each his own! | |

But again what you chose as the way to achieve that varies a lot. But everything you do will inevitably strive to achieve just that. I'd take live happy with the restrictions set by these 2 live-driving things. Happy in the Greek-philosophical way that is. So it can include anything. Just depends on how and why you do the thing.
That's just answer 165 but in put otherwise.

I think it is close to what Aristotle believed, and that was the actualisation in activity of a person's gifts and virtues to the fullest extent possible, given fortune and circumstances.
Although this probably belongs on the religion forum, I saw this:

The Bible is always read out in all church services, though what part of the Bible is read depends on the lectionary cycle. We have readings from the Old and New Testaments. The Bible is as valued and studied there as carefully as in any Protestant Church. | |

Most obvious ones are probably money and power. If we work against that we go crazy. Everyone's got to find a way to be a good prospect seen from the eyes of our instinct. So the way to be happy as to be found along this path.
I'll call Darwin to see if we can't get the new upgrade for our brains so it is more suitable for the world we live in! | |
