Posted: 11/11/2007 1:09:00 AM | oh ya... this is for the moderator. I used to post on Yahoo's 360. There was a guy there that came up with a really neat game. You start a thread like this one. Post at the end like we are doing. Then you go to the two previous posters and email them a little "hello". Just say you are doing the post "hellos". It gets people checking out profiles and interests. After all, its not ALL about just "dating", its about building relationships and learning about other people. You could modify the game for POF and email the two previous posters that are looking for some of the same things you are looking for? Or something like that....

Looking for friends in the Vancouver or Island area. I will be relocating from Edmonton in the new year.
In 2006, I accepted a position in Edmonton with the understanding that my family would be moving here after one year. It soon became apparent this was not going to happen. So now I am returning to be closer to my kids. My kids are more important than any job.
I have been on and off POF for about a year. For some reason if you are honest and put SEPARATED on your profile it's the red spot of death.

I was born and raised on the island (in victoria) and love it here. I used to spend my weekends in Vancouver with my dad but have found that the big city isnt for me.
I'm not really sure what I am 'fishing' for at the moment, but i would love to meet new people, share a few laughs, and maybe even hit the slopes with one of you lovly fish.
