I regret to inform you that Island Sugar is no longer with us, she revealed my true identity to the masses at Walmart when she bent over to pick up the lastest copy of "weekly world news" and now she is truly with the fishies..... I use her prosthetic right breast as a blance ball for my workouts now.
Ah she was a large woman... so big infact that she had a real horse on her POLO shirt.
Ugly too... fed her with a slingshot. (I know I know...it's old)
Anywho... for those of you who know my true identity let this serve as a warning, and I guess an introduction...

Moved to Maple Ridge 11 yrs ago (bleh :P) when I met my husband, but still live here so my kids can be near us both.
It's alright, but if I had my choice I'd move back or to Burnaby. But then again, who can afford housing out there? Oh well. *shrugs*
I met Silent_Lucidity off of this site, who is my boyfriend. :)

Thankfully, I found POF quite some time ago and it has added to my fun / weird quotient immesurably. I lurked for quite a while before jumping into the forums and the events, and I haven't looked back. I hope to meet a whole lot more of you this summer!

Moved to Richmond in '04 after a stint in Europe (UK) Originally a Kamloops Kid.
I work in the music industry here in the Lower Mainland and one day I'm gonna be an astronaut. OOOOPS! I mean one day I'm gonna be a policeman....Damn! I meant firefighter....Ok I'm happy in my profession.
I am becoming addicted to POF Forums. MUST POST! 
I love weird words like "absquatulate" and "rhinotillexomania" and I even know what they mean! I think thats why I like 'em. Is "stupenderifulous" even a word?
I just found out that Richmond is below sea level so it's time to learn to swim.

Posted: 5/25/2006 7:29:48 PM | I moved back to BC yesterday, so I'm posting how thrilled I am to be back 'home' and a quick hello!
Born and raised in Maple Ridge, then I jumped around the lower mainland (Ladner, Coquitlam, East Van) before I hit Montreal for University... back to the Vancouver, then Cranbrook, now Calgary (Sulnata mostly) the past four years, and now I'm assisting with some provincial campsites outside of Kaslo and Fruitvale, then I'll head over to Nelson in the fall.
I've been on POF since... uh... sometime earlier last year. Went to and organized many an enormous meet in Calgary, now I'm just hanging around for friends and such, since I realize where I'm going is - well - in the middle of nowhere. 
I plan on hitting the coast sometime around mid-July to visit family and friends, and would love to hit a POF event down there too, if there are any at that time... | |
