Some people have the wrong idea about cougars. Cougars are single women in the 40's looking for younger men to sleep with. Not single women, in general, looking to get laid. A friend of mine was called a cougar not long ago by some guy who came on to her in a bar. She was very flattered, as she feels she is coming into her sexual prime, and since then has been prowling the bars of Vancouver looking for fresh meat.
wrong!!.....Cougers are a Noth American Mountain Cat that inhabits the Rockies in western North America.
You should know that being from around that area of the continent

| What do you think about cougars? Posted: 7/12/2006 3:41:41 PM | I guess a cougar isnt defined in the websters dictionary, as Ive known and seen it , she inst subject to an age 30,40,50. She (the cougar) looks 80 is 30=50 and dresses like shes 15, with makeup put on buy a crop duster to hide the wrinkles age spots tryin to pass herself off as an 19 yr old. Preying on the naive young hardons prowling the bars for a one night stand. So are they bad, no they fullfil their needs and the needs of the young bucks they are tryin to seduce, and if the math is correct both in their sexual primes , so y not. Its not like those who have encountered "THE COUGAR " were unaware of what was going to happen (unlike the fella who had his first cougar encounter off of the bus in england i think), so all in all they are fulfilling thier needs as well as makin some young fella happy. P.S. Maybe us Canadian fellas With our U.S. brothres should warn the rest of the world about our female sexual mistriant counterparts, so the OP and others wil be well aware of The sexual nature of the people in NORTH AMERICA!!!! lol | |

| What do you think about cougars? Posted: 7/12/2006 4:35:40 PM | Let's see.
1. She (the cougar) looks 80 is 30=50 - I am not 80, and I certainly do not look like I am 80 2. dresses like shes 15- I don't do this, I dress professional during the day for work, casual when required, sexy with heels when I go out 3. with makeup put on buy a crop duster to hide the wrinkles age spots tryin to pass herself off as an 19 yr old - I wear very little make-up, have no age spots, like my little laugh lines 4. Preying on the naive young hardons prowling the bars for a one night stand. - well, OK, I may have done this once or twice, but it's not my mission every time I go out
That's why I am not a cougar based on the previous posters definition of said cougar. Any othger questions?

| What do you think about cougars? Posted: 7/24/2006 12:39:35 PM | | I totally dig cougars, if she's older and can still rock some sexy clothes and have a good time let her go for it. Cougars feel free to contact me. | |

| What do you think about cougars? Posted: 7/29/2006 6:06:30 PM | Ok mrs lyrical, my bad the 80 thing was an exadderation, however i still dont think you fit the bill of the cougar, unless you want to meet at the bar tonight and we'll see lol.
So i reread what i said and wanted to reiterate, so the "COUGAR" looks OLD could be a ratbagged 30 yr old, its not a matter of age, its a matter of inability to be the 18 yo (15 in my OP), and try to cover up the age defining marks theyve sustained over the years to make them look older then they want to be percieved as, and for the record those who know the look of the cougar can tell, they arent 18,fyi those that are and are readin but it still suits a need for the sexual and thier prey.

| What do you think about cougars? Posted: 7/29/2006 6:39:05 PM | | Jesus God deliver me. I don't know whether to laugh, cry, get offended or what. I am perfectly happy to be the age I am and don't have to "cover up a ton of wrinkles", etc.. Whether or not I look my age it doesn't matter. I hate the bar scene. The idea of "preying" on poor unsuspecting boys is just - well it just boggles the mind. Let me tell you, the first email I got when I signed on here was from a 23 year old boy begging to be my boy toy!!!!!!!!!!!! I did no prowling or preying. I am finding that due to my age, I am getting categorized yet again. And in case you're wondering? I am no cougar, but I am a Lioness - and I do toy with my "prey" before I attack. Chow! er, I mean Ciao! | |

| What do you think about cougars? Posted: 7/29/2006 8:27:16 PM | ^^^Scintillating ...
So I'm not the only one. Today I finally got my nose full of some 30 something year old guy who won't leave me alone ... wants sex with me ... kept IM'ing me ... telling me how "big" he is ... how much he just loves "an older lady" ... yadda, yadda, yadda. I finally just blocked his doggone butt!
I am looking for a "slightly" younger man ... but not a son, not a f**k buddie ... not a "boy toy". No ... none of that kind of stuff. Just a man my age or perhaps a couple of years younger ... that would be my "lower" limit.
Like "Scintillating" ... no "covering up a ton of wrinkles" going on here. What you see is what you get. Not a "cougar" in any way ... ewwwww!
LMAO at cougars ... "older women" preying on "younger boys" like that ... tsk, tsk.

| What do you think about cougars? Posted: 7/29/2006 10:15:10 PM | | I am just replying at random...this whole cougar thing drives me crazy. Younger men scare the crap outta me so i don't get involved with them. Why risk your heart to one of these men so they can dump you for someone that can give them babies.....good grief Charlie Brown | |

| What do you think about cougars? Posted: 7/29/2006 10:20:23 PM | A friend recently told me that until I am over 40, I remain a MILF so long as I don't date or sleep with someone who is more than 10 yrs younger than I am.
But that once I am over 40 that if I date/sleep with someone who is 10 yrs or more younger than me that it would make me a cougar.
So I've got almost 7 yrs until I hit cougartown.

| What do you think about cougars? Posted: 7/30/2006 7:43:30 AM | | Cotter you are so right - we don't have to prey on THEM - the little bastids think we oughta be THANKFUL for getting their 10 minutes of get on, hump like hell, get off kind of sex. Give me that slow, easy, knowledgable loving of the more experienced man every time. That isn't to say I haven't had younger lovers - I have, but what the hell, I am *not* on the prowl for them. | |

| What do you think about cougars? Posted: 7/30/2006 7:57:33 AM | Hey, Cougars need love to you know.
I do not see the problem with older women wanting a younger guy.

| What do you think about cougars? Posted: 7/30/2006 8:28:24 AM | I'm young at heart and and mind and am attracted to younger men. As was said previously, I don't think there is anything wrong with that... men have been doing it for years!!
If "cougar" is to have another definition in Websters ~ I think that dressing like she's 18 and overkill on the make up have to be part of the definition though.
