| What do you think about cougars? Posted: 7/30/2006 10:55:12 AM | What do you think about cougars? I think they will soon become a thing of the past ... I say that because more and more "younger" men are truly going after the older ladies as opposed to the "older" ladies actually "hunting" them.
I see a trend of men in their late 30's to early 40's going after ladies in their late 40's to early 50's. I don't understand it ... but it's definately out there. While they are not young enough to be labeled as "cubs" ... they appear to be seeking ladies at least 10 years older than they are and apparently are quite comfortable with the age gap.
And they are not necessarily just looking for sex ... many have personally emailed me and told me they are no longer finding the ladies in their age group that will offer them the maturity and outlook on a relationship that a slightly older lady offers. One guy even said, "Women outlive the men anyways by 10 to 15 years, so the way I see it ... even if I settle down with a lady a little older ... she'll still be around after I retire."
There will always be the exception ... some desperate person in need of whatever. However, if you ask me ... things have sort of reversed themselves ... we now have lots of "cubs" on the hunt .... | |

be sure to check the trees as you walk in the western forests.

| What do you think about cougars? Posted: 7/30/2006 1:56:45 PM | | It was actually a woman in her 70's or 80's who wrote started the story and her Granddaughter was the one upset. I'm 54 and am just wondering if that is why all the young guys reply to my ad. For anyone who lives in Ottawa I've heard Maxwell's on Elgin is a good place to start. | |
