| Bald v shaven heads - and is bald beautiful? Posted: 3/13/2007 3:48:14 PM | Bald and shaved heads can be sexy as hell on the right bloke.
But why do some balding men, do the comb over thing. They look complete and utter twats.

| Bald v shaven heads - and is bald beautiful? Posted: 3/13/2007 4:01:02 PM | i had hair until some guy in a pub mistook my head for a pool ball and struck it with the thick end of a pool que now theres a 3 inch scar and when i let my normally blonde hair grow a bit the hair around the scar turns black (freaky) so off it has to come . some girls like the scar more than the bald head ( wierd) | |

The latest craze in baldness hiding, especially amongst the "metrosexual" fraternity seems to be the "comb forward". It looks even siller than a comb over IMO.

| Bald v shaven heads - and is bald beautiful? Posted: 3/17/2007 2:49:50 PM | I started getting a no.1 when I noticed that my hair was thinning on top. I used to have it quite short & brushed back so it would've looked more like a combover the longer I left it. Really you don't have much option once it starts. Though I suppose you could grow it long & cultivate some facial hair ... my Dad did that & it was soo sad. | |

| Bald v shaven heads - and is bald beautiful? Posted: 3/17/2007 4:08:58 PM | Bald is beautifull....
Lookin for a hard headed man... are there any out there?????
To make the decision to be bald is a statement of character in my mind. Wish I was brave enough lol ;)

| Bald v shaven heads - and is bald beautiful? Posted: 3/17/2007 4:18:35 PM | Hmm....perhaps it is a little self-deception on their part. Lets face it, men do seem to have an issue with going bald....and WHY? Who the heck knows! It doesn't hurt and at least they CAN shave their heads and look damn sexy! You know what they say....."Bald bonce is a solar panel for a LOVE MACHINE". LMAO
Anywho...I have always had a soft spot for a bald head. Mind you...they are usually all over 6'4" tall and built like a brick sh*t house....but there you have it. To each their own I say! I just could NOT do the long Fabio hair tho...EWWWW.
But to me...Bald is beautiful!

| Bald v shaven heads - and is bald beautiful? Posted: 3/17/2007 4:25:37 PM | I often shave my hair very short simply because it doesn't really have a style and I think it looks smarter shaved! My hairline is reseeding and I don't have a problem with it. I can't do anything about even if I did (damn the New Romantic 8o's and highlights! LOL. )! | |

| Bald v shaven heads - and is bald beautiful? Posted: 3/17/2007 4:39:14 PM | I try to keep my hair short now, I cut it myself with clippers, a bit difficult to do the back, but i make a good job of it so ive been told, I'm not sure about going all the way down to the wood though just yet any way. I used to have hair down to my shoulders when i was at school, but eh its gone now with age as i am 46 this year.

| Bald v shaven heads - and is bald beautiful? Posted: 3/17/2007 6:31:42 PM | well i know mine is hard cos i have the fresh scars from when they cut it with the saw to get to my brain to remove the tumour that wsa growing on it.
Ok now to answer the obvious questions. 1) yes it was a shocl to all concerned my brain was in my head and not in my left big toe as previously thought. 2) no they left the brain cell alone, just took the tumour :-P

| Bald v shaven heads - and is bald beautiful? Posted: 3/18/2007 6:13:41 AM | Bald is beautiful..just remember not everybody that is bald is by choice. I know we all make a first opinion by sight with in a few seconds, but maybe get to know the person before making that judgment. I know its hard, but we all have something about us we do not like, or would like to change. See people for what they are with in, give everybody that chance. | |

| Bald v shaven heads - and is bald beautiful? Posted: 3/18/2007 12:03:47 PM | | absolute rubbish!! the mullet and or the charlie is back and here to stay, why be a slaphead when you can have practicality style and comfort with a nice bushy bonce | |

| Bald v shaven heads - and is bald beautiful? Posted: 3/18/2007 12:13:27 PM | | i think the mitchel brothers can be thanked for making slapheads fashionable..years ago..if you was losing your hair..you was in a bad position.cos if you shaved it all off..then most people would either think you are gay or a right wing thug..so the only other alternative was a bobby charlton type comb over..but now you can just get the old clippers out and shave the lot off and look cool..... | |

Bald is beautiful..just remember not everybody that is bald is by choice. Amen!!!
Thats why in any of these posts about baldness I make it clear its my choice, I have found people online and in real life to be uber presumptuous. Like 99% assume i shaved the rest because i was going bald. I assume for women people assume they are having chemo or whatever.
Assumptions lead to mistakes.

| Bald v shaven heads - and is bald beautiful? Posted: 3/23/2007 1:01:49 PM | They say that the reason a man goes bald is because of high testosterone levels, so a bald bloke should have a higher sex drive............ As for comb overs, no way if your folicly challanged then so be it, don't hide it nothing you can do, be a man and embrace the fact. POWER to the Bald ones..... | |

| Bald v shaven heads - and is bald beautiful? Posted: 3/23/2007 1:22:33 PM | Years ago I'd have said I like my man to have hair for me to run my fingers through...or to pull in throws of....yes well...ahem!
But anyway! These days I'm not so fussed. Considering most of the guys that fall into the age range that I'm looking to meet up with have lost all their hair by now anyway!
I'm really not fussed. | |

I'm not really fussed myself - looks aren't an issue for me although shaved heads , goatees and tattoos do score high
As you can see the profile pic, I really can't comment just offer the words up from meatloaf. "Two out of three aint bad..." Shy and unassuming, Mick.
