I saw it first at the movies, although I didn't really understand it then, but it is one of the greatest ever made..........and well worth multiple viewing.

Agree with you 100%, I saw Zulu for the first time at the pictures and its my first memory of seeing Michael Caine.
|
| watching films over and over Posted: 5/29/2006 3:20:50 PM | SB Zulu was Michael Caine's first movie, as his credit states "And introducing..", so it was the first time that the movie-viewing public had seen him.
It's weird that his first major role was playing a toff, given his background.

| watching films over and over Posted: 10/10/2006 9:30:12 AM | I dont have any particular films, but I do have a dvd that I watch time and time again.
It is a dvd of snippets of video footage of my late son, taken by his mates, when they went out together on their motorbikes. I covers from when he was about 18 up until the summer before he was killed at the age of 22. It makes me laugh, it makes me cry, and how they never got arrested for the things that they got up to I will never know. But I love to watch it, it helps to keep Kevin's memory alive!
