[Can anyone tell me what is supposed to be so bad about Scorpios ???
They're supposed to have very bad stingers, so if they don't like you, or they get mad at you, or you hurt them, they can hurt you badly, with words or with actions. They are very passionate about everything in life, both positive and negative, there is very rarely indifference about anything. They are very secretive and will want to hide things about themselves from you but also very probing and questioning and will want to know your every darkest secret. | |

The "great in bed"....haha...ehh they're scam artists. They can "perform", but it's all for "show"...and they're only "GREAT" in bed once.
It has been my experience that all women are disease ridden, cheating ****es. Don't ever go to bed with a woman, you'll wake up with a knife in your back. You all smell and taste like dead fish down there.
You see how stupid that sounds? You need a therapist to help you deal with your anger towards men. | |

Posted: 6/23/2009 3:42:32 PM | Not going to worry about this too much, and never have really. But. Over fifty years of making and getting relationships broken, I'd have to say, there *are* signs that I, personally, don't do very well with, and others that I do.
Had a good friend, once, who gave a party for all the peeps she knew born on September 18th. There were seven of us, lol! And on my own, I know and am deeply fond of, two others with the same birthday. . . .
Flip side, my longest feeling relationship (ten years marriage plus nearly 40 years of friendship) was also a Virgo. When I did his chart, the poor guy has EVERY SINGLE position in Virgo! Too much for me.
Sag's and Aquariuses have never made it as far as a relationship -- they feel terribly detached and disengaged to me. I've had great friends, scads of 'em, who were Pisces, but no lovers. Libras are too analytical for me. Aries and Leos, too greedy (can't bear to let others shine). The good, better, best of my life have been: Geminis, Cancers, Scorpios, and TAURUSES. Geminis -- good solid workmanlike lovers; Cancers, sweet and driven; Scorpios innovative, serious, skilled and fun; and TAURUSES. . . . Tauruses are simply perfect. Wish I'd discovered them sooner, lol!

We go back a long way and have a huge connection. I have found Male Scorpios to be highly sexed and very passionate which suits me right down to the ground.
The ones I steer clear of are Geminis - they never can make up their minds and are always checking out other women. Makes you feel quite insignificant. | |

I have to admot though the passionate, sex driven, jealous part is true. Now before we delve into this jealousy thing let me explain. It's not just the men scorpios who have a "reputation" and yes, some people avoid them but... it's not based on their sun sign so much as people's actual experience with them. HA HA. So the answer to the question is no, most people don't avoid them, in fact, most people are drawn to them, despite their inner warnings and flashing signals to be aware... or beware rather... they are too compelling and irresistable to really avoid.  | |

That being said, traditional scorpio behavior is a pain in the rear to overcome. You should read Linda Goodman's classic "Love Signs" for a starter, it's pretty much the coffee-table at-home standard for astrology/love.
From my personal experiences, if I were to consider me and the women I've dated whom are scorpio (including my mother), then it would lend a lot of credit to the whole Scorpio stereotype. Mother aside, the women have always been excellent lovers, and LTR, but generally their baditudes (which are bad to them, of course, it's just them exerting their will/independent nature, hah) dampen things, and really starting narrowing any passion with the person.
But, honestly, it could just be you. :) | |

I'm Venus and Mercury in Scorpio, Moon conjunct Pluto. I love intensely, deeply, its hard not to be so light about stuff. The sex (I don't think of it as sex- it's my way of communicating with the inner part of another soul) is ALWAYS great, the periods between always too long.

Severin, I love Linda Goodman, I read Sun Signs years ago and later read Love Signs and now have a couple as collector's editions. When I read her writing it's not like reading about astrology, to me it's more like great insight into human personalities but beyond that into the psyche and soul behind appearances, with so much love and acceptance for all humanity. | |

Here! Here! Yes, me too. Now I enjoy reading the horoscopes from time to time for the"shits & giggles' but to me it's like reading a fortune cookies,taro cards, listening to snake charmers,etc. Example; it your work hard your life is be better. True, good advice.
Now, If you pick a loser[no chemistry or other strange habits ] you might not be happy later. omg It must be him and not me, right!cuz of his sign?.....
And just reading a few of the last pages here of those you blame a sign that was the reason their relationship failed makes me only shake my head.
P'S. I give ya a little hint, if you find someone with similar beliefs,goals and interest,[but not all]a person who is happy and content, honest and respectful,that my dear,

Not all Scorpions are the same, not all Librans are the same. Nne of us are the same. Having a bad experience with one star sign surely can't be a guarantee of a bad experience re-run should we end up with somebody of the same sign? | |
