Posted: 8/10/2006 6:40:12 PM | Where do I start? First off I know I need to lose some pounds! I happen to like petite women. I have said I love you to 3 women in my life. 2 of them within 2 years of my age and one 17 years younger, but I was in love all three times. Does my mentioning "age doesn't make a difference" make me look like an old perv? Should I look for just my age and miss a conection like I had in the past? Does the "widower" thing make a difference? I was separated from my wife when she passed away in May and now have my two kids full time, does that make me appear an old man? I am truly a nice guy, my friends say too nice! I am the life of every party. I have big shoulders, give me your opinions please. I do not get replys to emails, and no I don't just email 19 year olds, I email anyone I find interesting. Your thoughts?

You sound like a wonderful man and really did a fabulous job making your personality shine through in your profile. I'm drawn to a man who cooks and bakes. WELL DONE!
I would like to see more photos though. You need a close up with a huge smile and no sunglasses. We girls like to see eyes and teeth.

I don't like your header at all. It doesn't imply that women aren't genuine, it blatently says that. Very offensive.
Then you repeat that statement in your 'About me'. I recommend you remove from both places.
Photos are great, and you're a good looking guy. Just need a body shot.
You don't list many interests, yet in the 'About me' section, you state them there. Put them where they belong.
Back to the About me section...I realize that you are young and foreign (to me). However, I could barely figure out what you were trying to say. Grammar was bad, spelling was poor and the general sentence structure blew my mind. Have no clue what you were saying.

Your profile looks great except for two features. Your profile is odd and you need better photos.
I know...
learned that it was best to just get rid of all the pictures I had, which explains why the one I have now has me in a cap and glasses. It was the best one I have (which is ironic as my hair and eyes are my best features). so get busy taking new ones.
Because other than those two things, it is wonderful.

The header comes from one of my favorite songs, but the main reason its on there is because I just couldn't think of any thing else. I am, however, trying to come up with something new.
The photos with no grin have a very good reason, however, it is not because of any problem with my teeth or mouth. It has more to do with the fact that mie grining for a camera kinda looks like "I'll get you little girl, and your little dog to." This does not come across in person when I do it naturally, and I prefer it that way, lol. | |

Photo: Good, but need more. Read any of my 4,000 reviews prior to this one and see what type of photos you need. I give the EXACT same advice to anyone who only has one photo.

Are you serious? Ok, I'm very confused. You are not divorced yet. You have custody of your children, you don't work and you're on a dating site???
Uh...perhaps you need to rethink this dating for a bit. Unless you are just looking for a mommy for the kids.
I found your whole profile a huge turn off. It started with your primary photo being you and a baby and your screen name being SINGLE DAD. Not a good combo.

I like your photos, however, you need more. About four more. Make sure a few are outdoor shots and I need one close up of your face with a BIG SMILE.
Back to your header. It's a good teaser...but you need to tell us WHY in the 'About Me' section. Really elaborate more on why you're such a good catch.

Ok, first of all, I LOVE your header. That is my all time favorite song right now (except for the one I plagiarized for my own header).
GREAT photos. Nice variety of shots. Finally, someone who knows how to smile when their picture is taken!
Your 'About me' section is lame. REALLY lame. It's called 'about me' for a reason. It's not 'about her'.
You need to change this.
Since all you lovely ladies asked, i guess i will tell a little about what kind of lady Im looking for;.......Caring,thoughtful,outgoing,can carry on a conversation, and no #10 will get anywhere with me, but 9.5's are all welcome!! I love massages and love to give them,& a woman that can go have a drink and go to a museum,can shop @ wallyworld but but looks like neimans,In another words just be yourself. It needs to be a narrative about who YOU are.

You're welcome. I understand that you enjoy drinking. I do too, however, if you pepper your profile with that many references to drinking and getting drunk, well it sounds like you'll be checking into Betty Ford in about 10 years.
