I'm 43 and I think of you as I would my own daughter. I can tell you why older men respond to your profile. You're very attractive and active and 30+ men like that. The fact that you already have a son implies you have had sex and they are probably preying on you thinking you are naive. I find this type of man despicable. You have done the right thing by setting your email filter to 18-28 year old men.
Men are pigs. I have 2 teenage daughters and these jerks are the type of men I try to teach them to avoid. I advise you to add the fact that you are not looking for a suga-daddy and anyone over 28 need not apply.
But that won't stop them.
You remind me of my own daughters and I advise you to keep ignoring these overage advances. You don't need their attention. Also try restricting the distance you accept emails from (like 25 miles). It won't fix the age thing, but it will reduce the number of unwanted advances.

Well, you do seem like a nice bloke. You have great photos and I agree, you are half decent looking. :-)
The problem lies in your 'About me' text. I think you need to take the whole thing, cut and paste it into word and check for inconsistencies, misspellings and grammar problems.
A good example of some of the problems are:
I have an optimistic outlook and want to find a lady who has the same energy and like what she reads?! What does that last bit mean?
Also, this bit was an error, I believe
I am a loving & devoted father to my son and want lady who doesn't likes children.
If you fix this section, I think you'll be on your way.

You are very nice looking and from speaking with you these ladies have no idea how awesome you are. If they take a moment to know you they will find you have it together. Strong personality with alot of love and kindness and a great communicator. Keep hanging in there one will show up for you that will be all you are hoping for your worth it. I'm no expert, but I like your profile. It's a fun concept and you come across as playfully serious.
Quite a few typos, which I couldn't care less about. I have heard other people think it's a big deal, though. And I'm not sure if you are looking for presents or presence from your man.
Truly, you seem like a fun girl and if it were geographically appropriate, I would certainly be interested.
