| Why are people so cynical against Michael Jackson?

I know that no matter what the courts say and what I think that you will never believe he is innocent so we will just have to agree to disagree. | |

In heinsight maybe, but you ask their families and friends before they were found out and convicted and they would probably say that they were just normal people living a normal life. | |

Fortunately i'm not blind. I agree some people may look dodgy, but it doesn't mean they all commit awful crimes.
Many crimes are committed each year, and in a lot of cases the victims knew the purpertrator. Some being trusted friends of the family for years, and look just like an ordinary people.
I know about Myra Hindley etc and because i know what they did, they look evil, i can't think or see anything different when i have seen pictures of them. | |

Innocent or not..................his fascination for children's company IS NOT HEALTHY..... What does an adult his age have in common with them???????.....
As for the adults he has around him......they are too busy lining their pockets that they will not talk up against him.....No Smoke Without Fire....Children seldom lie about this kind of thing..............but still too many perpetrators walk free from courts. | |

Posted: 9/28/2006 1:10:22 PM | Michael Jackson seems to be the butt of every cruel joke. why is it that people are quick to judge when accusations are brought against him ,with no real evidence, but When the verdict is given they dont think thats right either?
Couldn't believe I read this right... the guy sat on national TV and asked what was wrong with sleeping with his friends kids..after all he knew them...jesus that makes it ok to abuse them then???????

Posted: 1/21/2007 9:37:41 PM | I'm not going to say that he isnt guilty or watever.. but i have to say i am quite annoyed when i continually hear people say things in regard to his change in appearance. I have Vitiligo, which is also what michael jackson has. it turns the skin white. it's not as though he turned his back on his heritage. he couldnt control becoming white skinned. theres no cure for vitiligo. ok, so he did bleach his skin, but i believe only because the vitiligo was so bad. and why the nose jobs? well thats easy. cant have a white skinned guy and leave his features how they were can you?

Posted: 1/23/2007 1:51:08 PM | I do think the reasons of popular mocking of Michael Jackson from the general public are
1. He looks horribly wrong due to plastic surgery. (However, haven't you ever compared him to those people, whether they are ordinary or famous, who have had their breasts implanted, faces lifted, nose bridges levelled, lips thickened and etc?)
2. His skin is bleached to be paler. (However, have you ever seen a black person's skin that turns into white patches, which is not unusual as the black person grows older?)
3. Some people just follow the trend of mocking him.
I think his behaviour has been seen as abnormal because:
1. He has behaved like a non-grown up person who has been fond of his kiddy play land, his kiddy style home, making friends to children and teenagers. (However, have you ever thought about why he has been doing that? Is it because he never had a normal childhood with kiddy friends, never had true friends developed as he was growing into a young man, never know how to make friends as he is too famous and rich, is too isolated due to his fame, and etc?)
2. He has made friends and shared home/bed with the teenagers and children. (However, would you think about law and order when you have no intention of crossing the boundary but would simply want to share your best things with the ones you care and love? Because of the sensitive condemning issues such as potential molesting, potential paedophilia and etc, all the dads out there in the whole wide world would make sure to be politically correct and try to avoid to, for example, bathe their own daughters or put their daughters in their own bed - wouldn't you think it's against human nature that dads can't be too close to their daughters while mums can? So, wouldn't you think Michael Jackson was mealy showing his natural instinct to care for kiddy friends he loved without concerning the politically correctness of the effect of the law and order?)
3. He dangled his own kid over the balcony. (OK, the overwhelming crowd hovering and cheering outside the hotel could have caused the sudden and the impulsive reponse from being a new and excited dad, i.e. Michael Jackson! Other people, such as Kevin Keegan, David Beckham, you know have done/said extradinary things which are derogative, ignorant, selfish, childish ... At the end of the day, humans are not perfect and can be careless. Michael Jackson did send a statement of apology and being carelessness.) | |
