But I have come to love Indian music, including the high-pitched women's voices, as long as they're not singing contemporary Indian popular music. I agree there, OUCH, STOP!!!! But the older music is uniquely beautiful IMO. Twenty years ago I couldn't imagine enjoying nineteenth century European opera OR Indian music but now I love both! I like to think I've broadened my horizons and opened my mind. Gotta admit, however, I STILL can't stand the crap found on American country music stations. | |

That said, the most beautiful women for my taste are always mixed-race. There is something about the combination of racial traits that to my eyes is greater than the sum of the parts. Witness, for instance, Halle Berry. However, if I consider only single-race women I have long said that the most beautiful in the world are... East-Indian.  | |

Go to China and its Hong Chen, Zhang Ziyi and many more, turkey and its Azra Akın, India and Aishwarya Rai is one of many. The fact that a beauty exists from a particular ethnicity says little or nothing about the average woman. Notions of beauty are culture bound and often a "physical beauty" loses much because of an arrogant personality. Still, I have yet to find a culture where there was not someone socially, intellectually and physically attractive. Whether or not we could be culturally compatible is far more difficult to assess. | |

I almost never see them, they live in the USA but when I do, let me tell you my cousin makes me wish he weren't my cousin. He is insanely gorgeous. Everyone finds him attractive. | |

Posted: 11/17/2006 8:56:24 PM | I agree with you that east indian males haves a cultural "attitude" towards females. I grew up in an east indian area of my town and learned about this as a child. Basically the men are everything to the family and the women are just an after thought and not given much power in their relationship.
However back to the forum question I have seen a few attractive east indian females but they are few and far between. I find by far that I am much more attracted to women close to my own background. And I'll probably stir up some negative comments with this rant but whats with east indian guys going for white girls so much and also why is it virtually a sin worthy of being disowned in traditional east indian culture to marry or date out of your own race. | |

I have seen many cauc-asion people melting down to see indian women. They are just not bold enough to speak their mind and heart. Where I think we asian or black do have the courage to approach to them. This is only my personal study and believe on it. They just showed on the MEDIA that they are very easy going and broad-minded but trust me, no they too shy when it comes to this issue. But on the other hand where we will go further to prove our boldness and acceptence then the others, hey its never ending story. We are all prejudice to one another. See inside carefully. Please do not be offended and dont just get hyper on it.
