the problem blue is that you are not a strong confident women

you aggressive attitude would indicate that you are probably suffering from low self-esteem probably in part caused by men and that is why you tend to attack men.

in my experiance the women that claimed that they weren't scared of anything were in actuality scared of everything.

Sometimes one can take a single post from a person and derive an opinion as to their character and intent. This is really not a good idea. If one reads a larger spectrum of what the person has posted a truer picture emerges. Chuck has a lot of posts on this forum. If one takes the time to read through them they will find that he is a man with a good heart who loves women and is very secure with who he is. I don't believe he would ever intentionally degrade women as a whole. Nor individually.

Chuck, you have mail.

Thanks Mysty i was'nt attacking women but i did in fact EXPRESS my opionion on said INDIVIDUAL who seemed to liked to provoke rather then admit that maybe she misunderstood or misread what i was trying to say judging by her *LMAO*insert after every post. But that is all water under the bridge now because it really dos'nt matter because i do have friends like yourself that have taken the time to know me and bonded with.

AhhhhSaturday...time to do "womens stuff"....like laundry, folding, doing dishes......OR...is it "survival stuff in the urban jungle"??? Hmmm....

Now, I tried doing "man stuff" today.....got a kitchen chair that has a bucket type seat, and revolves, so I figured casters on it would be cool. (frikkin' cat was NOT helping by batting the screws around the floor, but hey...it ain't MY cat, it's knobettes'). This did NOt work out.....may have to weld the plates on the bottom first, but haven't got the tools to do that...anyhow's...

Garbage...well...around here, usually the bag goes downstairs in the evening. I asked knobette to just leave it on the porch and I would take it from there. Works out ok, except for the critters on occasion will shred it and spread it. Yuck....BUT....I don't need to come home some evening and find out my GF has become lunchmeat for a predatory animal. Having shown her that coyotes, etc, are here (like, in the backyard at times) she knows better than to take the chance of going out back after dark (especially at 'that time of the month') and taking the chance of inviting an attack. Most times it is ok to go out, but others....best to NOT tempt fate.

Got to get out into this beautiful sunny day.....hmmm...wonder what "manly" thing I could do???...hmmm..maybe hit the flea market to see if I can pick up another doll for our collection!!! GOt a vintage "Ken" (1968) last week....

Strange thing

I just took a few minutes to look over the titles of threads....
I did not open any to find out WHAT they were about so I am sure this mini survey is off...

Seems the men complain more about the women than the women complain about the men...
And it always seems to be the same things:
Why don't women go for the "good guys"?
Why don't the hot babes look at me?
Why are women so fickle?
Why can't women think more like us?
Blah blah blah

This is a site where we are supposed to be getting to know each other...
Content says a lot...

I am not saying the women are not complaining at all but I do find that there are more women in here than men who are looking at this in a more positive light.

I must be a pyromaniac......

Skipping the facts when collecting evidence for one's opinion saves valuable time which can be better used complaining that men are whining. That's a tip right out my Franklin Covey planner.

corny

I was not complaining....just something I noticed.

I am reading a book about the biological differences between men and women and know there are differences between us that are just there. I am trying to get an understanding of why those differences exist so I can be more open to both sides...

Skipping the facts? Where did you get that? Oh, you must be another whiny man...never mind...

By pyromaniac, I meant I am bound to get flamed by the men now...hehe

Chuck

I know a lot of people...the women are no more fickle than the men...

Men will say a woman is hot just to get sex
A woman will say a man is hot for personal gain...

We are all users to a point...

I am just saddened by the "fact" that we can't just accept our differences and try to work with them instead of just complaining about them....seems like a time waster to me.

And life is short enough as it is...

I agree chuck, I have created some threads that really pissed off alot of people. Honestly, I can say that wasn't my intention at all.

I admit that I am guilty of being angry, which does cause shortsightedness, but my deep down intention was to find out why. And hopefully to find out that not all women are screwed up, and I know that not all women are like that, but when emotions become involved it is hard to have open perspective.

If you allow some of these people to vent their frustration, even fight it out with them, you might find later that they have calmed down and are more likely to be open-minded.

Chuck

I would much rather run a warm bath, light some candles, pour some wine and have slow passionate sex...over and over throughout the night...I am willing to do this for my guy...cuz he would be worth it.

What's interesting is that the "evolved" male and female are seen by their gender's mainstream as being traitors.

I have a daughter, how could I not be "on side" ??????

since the "whining" is usually about the same things all of the time, wouldn't you be more inclined to say they may have a point rather than chocking it up to the "blah blah blah" conclusion?

And it always seems to be the same things:
Why don't women go for the "good guys"?
Why don't the hot babes look at me?
Why are women so fickle?
Why can't women think more like us?
Blah blah blah

it seems to me many guys out there try to know a woman and just foul up their approach. guys tend to do that when they are nervous. if you can honestly tell me all of the email you get from guys involves them wanting to get you into the sack, then maybe i'm way off. however, if the complaints have to do with the ones you listed above, i think those guys want to get to know you if given the chance. you also can't get to know someone if they never reply to the email you send even if the reason is as simple as they left town, but you can't exclude the notion that the woman was being a tad picky, right? i'm not saying they shouldn't have some standards, but maybe their standards need to be lowered a few notches. what do i know? i'm just a young guy who hasn't had enough mature life experience yet.

and for future reference i never intend to bash. i want to discuss things openly with some kind of logical direction.

it's good that you're reading up on how the genders differ. i'd rather not dwell on the differences though. it might only serve to divide the sexes even more.
