Posted: 2/22/2005 10:27:04 AM | personally, i think men have always felt threatened by women. we DO have power. men know this. i don't remember whose post it was, but it was mentioned that men finally realized what power their penises have in the baby creating role, and they do have that. but the one thing they can't do is actually give birth to a child. i'm sure this makes men feel like the lesser gender. well, at least subconsciously.[ quote ]
Personally Ms. Picky i don't envy child-bearing at all and never had the desire to be fat for 9 months and go through 2 or more hours of being in labor and having my insides torn apart i think though i speak for ALL men when i say this | |

Men are the lesser gender because women like being superior to men. Everyone is best off when this is accepted and men learn how to support women as their superiors. | |

SOme of us go over board a bit and offset the natural balance of things, hence divorce, abuse, cat and dogs living together, etc.. I love American woman and its great for them to have a voice, etc.. but I still believe in being the man and there are certain expectations you have for yourself and women in general have for you. Ive heard "I want a man to be in charge and take care of me." The same woman says, " But only on the things I agree with>" WTF? I dont think so. This is where you move to the state with same sex marriages and you become your own worst nightmare, oh but its ok when a woman tries to control you???? As I said before this site is only for mud slinging and whether you believe it or not, who has the last word,or for that matter, lack of words ( when you dont reply) on this site? We men wait for your reply hoping we have made the right impression and doing our best to be men and no ***holes. WHO IS MAINTAINING THE ILLUSION OF CONTROL HERE??????????? Men are bad unless American woman make them into something better. But this can take a lot of hard work considering how bad men have been for so long, and how far they have yet to go to be worthy of American women.
My take on the original author of this quote has been a product of a society that has brainwashed him into feeling inferior, instead of equal.
Everyone is responsible for their own actions, be they men or women.
Both men and women are bad if they choose to do bad things. I for one, try to avoid it whenever I can, similar to most women and men.

Now we switch places. If equality was ever satisfying we would not need opinions about this subject. The dissatisfaction of equality is due to our descrimination in making decisions. It is not available in language to consider equivalence, because that lacks the satisfaction of choosing wisely. So, as we are predisposed to discard equivalents in favor of what is best, one person has to be better, and their decisions have to be better. That is leadership. If women are unwilling to follow in a relationship, they must lead. There aren't two steering wheels in a car. I have not been brainwashed. I have chosen to adopt behaviors and attitudes that will appease women so that I can get them naked, or, have them get me naked. It may be a losing strategy, but so were all the other ones I have tried. This is the next one on the list. It is worth a shot.

I am glad I am independent and do not need a men to support me. I do not think American women are out of control because we want equal opportunties. We want to make a living like any other person. What is so wrong about that?Because we do not want to be your "B*tch" and do everything you say or maybe we do not want to be discriminated against. You wouldn't like it either!!!
Have you ever thought about foreign women for a minute. Nothing against them but most foreign women come to America because of freedom and womens rights. Do they really marry for love or citizenship? Ever thought about it like that? : | |

Is being kind and reasonable the same as being subservient? I am subservient but I am hardly kind or reasonable. Maybe it is different for women. The way it has been explained to me, men are incapable of understanding their basic flaws as men, and so we should look to women for instruction. I am willing to do that. the thing I don't understand yet is the response a woman has, when she is called for being obnoxious or rude, that she equates congeniality with servitude. As if the request that she be civil is the same as saying she should be barefoot and preggers. i'm afraid it will take me a wahile to figure this out properly. | |
