But *now* I want to know what Jasmine's going to do to him!
Seriously, though.... Tell him in simple terms that you are not interested and don't want him to contact you again, and that you will block and report him if he *does* contact you again.
Then send him to Jasmine!

I answer all my emails (unless they are rude and gross - then I block them and report them) - even if I am not interested at the time, etc. It may take time for me to get back to people (I am busy) - but I do it. But that is getting into psycho territory - block him. | |

He would then go on to create another profile and another and another.....seven altogether. I now just delete them without responding and block each one as they come. That's about all you can do. | |

You have given the due courtesy I would want, and in fact do not get. Few things are more frustrating than reading a profile that is attractive / intrigueing and never hearing back, after doing the compliment of initiating contact.

IMO you should not have taken the advice of those who say reply to all mails. Only to ones you are interested in!!!
Being polite and then mean is IMO wrong, both times, can lead to confusion or "troubles". IMO it is better to be neutral and not to reply in the first place.
