It can strengthen a bond, it can relieve stress and tension all around it seems to have a calming effect.
the more you care for the person the better it is. | |

at times it can get too much with a clingy, needy woman who attaches herself to you like a disease and saps you of more strength than she gives in return. This is why self-esteem is attractive -- you know they're not gonna be sucking you dry like an emotional vampire. Man, that is funny. I declare Kevin, you do say the sweetest thangs. I am fairly swooning with desire.

| Do Men REALLY Like to Cuddle? Posted: 6/13/2006 3:51:05 PM | Touch...its powerful....so is the intention behind it. Touch can be calming. I see that every day when I work, I place my hand on a worried patients shoulder, and they relax instantly. I have a patient right now..who had not seen me in a couple of days that when she saw me today she kept stroking my hair and holding my hand.. her way of showing she missed me and she cared. Hugging, for incouragement, for comfort that is so important as well. Touch is so important for loved ones....its as basic a level of communication as you can get. Cuddling..well thats the best way to express for me security, comfort, affection, and sensuality. It can lead to more...but it can just be us watching tv, with my head on his lap, his hand playing with my hair/stroking my face..and I am HAPPY, glowing and feeling almost high. I think that most men enjoy this closeness as much as women. And I agree it can't be about clinging..thats annoying. | |

| Do Men REALLY Like to Cuddle? Posted: 6/13/2006 4:45:40 PM | | We are all human beings and if we are with someone we care about then absolutely we enjoy and want to cuddle and then later we want to get naked and pet the kitty, and make it purrrrr.................. | |

| Do Men REALLY Like to Cuddle? Posted: 6/13/2006 4:50:35 PM | I suppose it depends on the person... I have a bump buddy & we usually end up cuddlin' for an hour after & falling asleep/// but if someone wants to be a player & disconnect any emotional value from the situation... they're not going to want that intimacy. | |

Posted: 6/13/2006 5:37:07 PM | cuddling is awesome,i find it best to cuddle when communicating,it makes the body nice and comfy and relaxed.tracing her arms and shoulders and just talking,or yes movie or music works also.laying in bed flwoing fingers through her hair and chatting ,its almost like being drunk and tellign all the little secrest you didnt want to tell, you get to the point of to much relaxation you dont want to argue so you keep talking, builds awesome bond and good communication skills..so ya cuddling rocks

| Do Men REALLY Like to Cuddle? Posted: 6/13/2006 5:40:50 PM | | its the best if you asked me. I love to feel a woman grasp on me. i have found that when I am the one going after the cuddles the woman is either on brain meds or she is totally not sensual person and usually very boring in bed. also hard to reach on different emotional levels. cuddling is good for you, just like soup is when you have a cold, but don't you go on eating Gumbo soup with so little left in the wild. | |

| Do Men REALLY Like to Cuddle? Posted: 6/13/2006 5:53:33 PM | | Oh yeah, definitely. I like to cuddle, especially while watching a movie. It's very comfortable, yet not overtly sexual, which means it can be done in public. Cuddling is a way of reinforcing closeness, and suggesting to cuddle (simply by putting your arm around the person) is a good way to see if someone is attacted to you or not. | |

| Do Men REALLY Like to Cuddle? Posted: 6/13/2006 6:44:37 PM | | Yes I like to cuddle and talk, even if there's no sex. I also like to give back and foot rubs. I will even get up to get my gal a glass of water or some ice cream. | |

| Do Men REALLY Like to Cuddle? Posted: 6/13/2006 6:45:47 PM | Everyone likes to cuddle, don't they? Human touch is paramount to development. If you've ever seen someone who hasn't been held, coddled, well they don't thrive. Okay, back ON topic. I do love to cuddle, nuzzle... But I don't TALK about it. Would never consider putting that in a profile and when I do review profiles that have the ...*cough* love to stay in and watch a movie and cuddle on the couch. GAG, click!! Cuddling is something personal, bordering on intimate. It's a time and a place and when both are comfortable. Did I really miss the topic that much!! AKK!! Yes, I think people, most anyway, like to cuddle and BE cuddled. But don't talk about it!! | |
