It's not EVERY time that I cozy up next to her on the couch and reach for her hand
that I want sex. REALLY! Some times it's just nice to be close to someone.
Alas...the problem I see is "Cuddling Innuendo" where it seems that both genders too
easily jump to the conclusion that the other is "ready-to -go".
Humm...maybe if we all cuddled a little more that wouldn't be such a problem... | |

However, you will never hear me say this in ordinary conversation, and if something too girly is said before/during cuddling, it may turn me off from cuddling lol. There may have been a few relationships which I left because the girl didn't want to cuddle enough. SSSHHHHHH!!! did I say that? =D | |

I feel from both sexes that the cuddling aspect of just how they go about doing is different .. as for some men and women... they feel that cuddling should only be done after an intimate encounter of sexual pleasure hence the afterglow feel..
but in all actuality cuddling is a form of sensuality ,sharing a precious moment of admiration,affection,love,desire,warmth,too express ones feelings of love
Like the one person posted about falling asleep in his arms ... when someone feels safe the warmth, the desire to cuddle ,snuggle is a profound form of sensualality and should not always nor does it always have to lead to an intimate encounter .. but mind you just my opinion and I for one adore cuddling ...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

And for some guys it is showing a weaker side of themselves. I disagree because I believe it ranks right up there with kissing and hugging. I like cuddling but not when I immediately meet someone. It's something I love to do after I commence an intimate relationship with someone. | |

As a child, a little baby Boy, yes the male does like to cuddle.
As the hormones kick in as we grow older, cuddling is not on the menu. But we men give cuddling to women the same way women give sex to us. It's just biological nothing personal.
You shouldn't be speaking for all males, because a lot of us really do enjoy cuddling, like myself, and aren't interested only in sex. I don't cuddle just because I think the girl I'm with likes it, it's because I enjoy it myself. It's a great way to have physical contact and show affection without sex. | |

I love to cuddle, it's a way of showing care & consideration for a friend or lover.
Cuddles vary depending on the recipient but will always cuddle til the day I no longer can.
Find me a better way to spend a quiet hour or so than "snuggled" up to a loved one with a lock of hair to twirl (not mine anymore lol), easy listening music, stimulating conversation with patches of silence to mellow the mood, can't beat it for me! | |
