I do not understand why a man who is sexually aroused by panties is considered perverse in any way.
Men are designed to be aroused by the smell and appearance of a woman's vulva. Panties absorb the smell, and panties are the last clothing you see before you begin to experience the wonderful world of pu$$y.

LMAO - well if he's taking them as a memory of a past relationship with me then I think he's a perv. - get him to ask his new girlfriend for hers. He's a perv.
