The question is: Why do you like watching a guy jerking off?
The answer is: sure, guys need a lot of release, but...there should be a precaution about too much pleasure by your own hand...for the woman to beware. Something else is going on with his wishes and fantasies, and it's most likely not enjoying your body and intimacy. How much is too much? Now, that should be the question. I think porn can be negative or positive. When yer in a relationship and u already have troubles with intimacy, it can make problems worse. Instead of getting close, he retreats into fantasy. It can destroy relationships if it replaces love making. Its happened to me....I was with someone who I wasnt that strongly physically attracted to but I loved who she was.....we were okay for a few years...4-5 years were fine. As we hit the 6-7 year mark, I started replacing sex with her with porn. It hurt her so much....and i felt awful too....but she would walk in on me or discover "stuff" and she freaked ouit so much...it was hell.
The next relationship I was in we went to a marriage counsellor and porn came up. The counsellor confronted her on the issue and tried to find out what bugged her about it. Turns out her father had been into porn, and he had affairs too. Along with that she had been raped as a teenager and so sex in general, other than cozy, intimate stuff, was quite loaded.
So in this case it turned out that she was damaged sexually by all of that horrible stuff that happened and porn was a HUGE trigger for negative feelings. Man it was awful to have her throw my sex toys around the house in a rage screamin "YOU PERVERT!".....just awful.
So it takes a fairly healthy couple to handle porn and even then, its a double edged sword. I think porn problems are SyMPTOMS of other relationship issues. | |
