It was from a 27 year old Russian girl, very sexy picture, and she was looking for somewhere to move and start a life in the U.S. Everything about her seemed too good to be true, including her degree as a dentist, her very attractive attitudes toward American men, her aggreeable nature and her humility. She seemed like a very easy person to get along with. We exchanged a number of e-mails.
Two days before the day she had said she was coming from Moscow, she wrote and said she was a little short on funds for her ticket, and could I just wire her $1000.00 or so. Darn! Too good to be true all right. I asked her for some confirmation of things she'd told me, and she never wrote back. I get e-mail money scams on a regular basis. | |

Posted: 6/29/2006 7:46:51 PM | Sadly, a few months ago, I did get the dream message. Well, it was from the dream guy, anyway. He looked me up on reunion.com and said 'hope you're all well'....JWS. I was jumping out of my skin! I had to refrain from returning his email for a couple of hours because I didn't want to sound like (any more of) an idiot. So I said hi back.....then nothing. A week or so later, I mailed him back again, asking him what prompted that first email after all this time......and lo and behold, AFTER I sent the message I realized his profile said he was married. So. He emails me back and says I'm going out of town for a couple of weeks, I'll talk more with you when I get back. I haven't heard from him again. Sigh. So, the dream remains unattainable, and I remain confused. Sure do miss his friendship though. I just hope he's happy, that would be a dream for me, even if he's not here with me sharing his newly won lotto millions I spoke of earlier. lol

You know, when you first started messaging me, I thought you were a pompous ass with a lame sense of humor and a bad haircut. But now my attorney says that I should take that back so I can get your address and we can serve the Restraining Order.
