I agree w Sunshine on how ~rain~ should be a spokes person! Could it be a bi-product of the Canadian-winter-year-round thing?? ~Rain~ is another with a great!! profile, and more than just that too!, but difficult geography~! (wish you were here...)

o4's profile is more of the same...the Sedona shot, being a very thin architect from CA...he doesn't come out saying why he is on this dating site. I even checked Wikipedia to help with the inscrutable, and viola!
O4 is also a subclass of O-class stars. -or maybe- The tetraoxygen molecule (O4) was first predicted in 1924 by Gilbert N. Lewis, who proposed it as an explanation for the failure of liquid oxygen to obey Curie's law. Computer simulations indicate that although there are no stable O4 molecules in liquid oxygen, O2 molecules do tend to associate in pairs with antiparallel spins, forming transient O4 units.
Perhaps the mind behind the profile resonates well with someon who relates to anitparallel spins. Again, I'm looking at a long sentence and my fuzzy logic picks up "transient units"...I'm getting mixed signals, but this may amount to my subjective view. | |

Yes I am listed as separated because my divorce is taking forever as several things are contested. My divorce has been pending for over 15 months now and I am as far from being "married" as possible. I am trying to restart my life, not find a mistress.
As for my employment I work at a large commercial printing company, I supervise 14 employees, am considered a craftsman and am well compensated. I do not work behind a counter at a Kinkos kiosk making copies. Since I am not really a mean person I guess that I was just hoping for an honest appraisal not a personal attack. Thanks for disappointing me. And yes, smoking is a nasty habit and I am trying to quit. As for my profile I am looking forward to listing myself as divorced in about 3 months. Until then I will remain honest. | |

You know, let the commonalities build the interest first. Then toward the end, concisely say how you prefer to not use IM-speak and also tend to be very concerned about correct use of our language and how important it is to you (especially being a student of literature). I think that this last part can be phrased also as a positive (!) also because some men share the same feelings...another potentially good differentiater! Also, if you have one handy, a snap-shot of you on your bi/tri-cycle on the beach that you mentioned in the text might round it out a bit. #1 I think you should add a few more photos.
#2 Try not to use words that translate into asterisks.
#3 Take out the portions that say "pity me" (you may be handicapped, but hopefully by now you know your qualities and don't dwell on that fact)
#4 Don't ASSUME all women are looking for good-looking men.
#5 Either explain WHY you "take offense to that" or delete that sentence completely.
#6 Include what you DO enjoy, rather than what you DON'T enjoy (ie. dancing & clubs)

The only thing that I would work on is expand a little bit on your hobbies (interests).
You have many, but inquiring minds want to know more specifics (in my opinion).
Other than that, very enjoyable.
Questions; How does one get into the profession of sucking on icicles? Is there some sort of formal education in this field of study? I didn't know there was a niche market for icicle sucking.  | |

I couldn't find anything wrong with natronmeans profile. It just kept getting better and better! Instead of going into details in his profile, I think it was a great idea to welcome questions... leaves the door open for lots of first date discussions.
Wow! A man that can DANCE, COOK and likes to SNUGGLE? Too bad he's turned off by picky eaters though.
