Posted: 6/21/2006 7:15:11 AM | | Women with short hair (shaved, military tapered or crew cuts) says a few things to me. 1)They're battling cancer and I probably don't want to get involved midstream into something that's intensely emotially demanding. 2) Possibly some butch attitude in there that I want no part of (just from past experiences). But it may mean different things to different guys. | |

You will see a lot of difference.It also makes a difference with the proper colors and style of clothes.The wrong shades can make you look sick. | |

Posted: 6/24/2006 7:54:17 PM | Okay. When I was around 17, I used to bike around with my friend. I had longer hair and I noticed that the boys' attention went down when we had shorter hair. Coincidence? I think not.
Most men find long hair sexier - they have told me so. Someone/something taught them that though. I have however met a small proportion of men who like shorter hair.
That said, I have a friend who is gorgeous and looks good with really really short hair or long hair - her face is beautiful. She would always get picked up no matter what her hair length was at that moment.
I have also noticed that many women cut their hair while they are pregnant or when they have children and I can totally understand that! One needs something fast, easy and still stylish when dealing with the little ones!
Oh and OP: There are some men on here who shaved their heads for cancer too! I know not as brave as a woman doing it, but they might relate a little better :) | |

Cut my hair off after having my second child, i hated it and grew it back for my comfort not for theirs. Just another thought with women with long hair, some don't look good. Think about the scraggly looking ones that need a good trim and streak job, so the saying "all women with long hair look good" is not true. As was said earlier some men with "shaved" heads look hot!! I don't know if we are to judge what looks good and what doesn't , the OP was concerned about this and I think saying that this looks good while soemthing else doesn't , will not help matters.
It's just hair though. That is not something we should judge someone over. | |

Posted: 6/25/2006 5:00:26 AM | Hmm, I think it's a matter of personal opinion, but for me, I don't think I can say short or long - I've dated girls with both and will no doubt date girls with both again.
One of my ex-girlfriends shaved her head for cancer...I loved her for why she did it - it shows fantastic commitment to your beliefs and I applaude her for doing that, but I have to admit, I find her way sexier with hair...she looks fantastic with shoulder length hair.
Other girls, I'll have to say look much better with short hair, and some with long - it depends on their build, their bone structure or whatever - I don't think I could say definitively that long hair or short hair is sexier - it really depends on the girl. | |

I'm not to talk, but I prefer my ladies to be the opposite of me...ie: have hair...
Boobs, no muscles, pretty face, etc, etc...
I just prefer women with long hair...it's what really helps define femininity I think...
I mean, yes you have a p*ssy and I have a p*nis...but in public...while walking down the street...
I can't stand when a dude has long hair...and does that hair flip thing...thats soooo ghey!!!
A woman on the other hand...it drives me nutts when she plays with her hair...or does all sorts of interesting sexy things with it | |

I think men were conditioned to enjoy women with that "maternal" look... IE long hair. 
I stay away from those!
The other kind of men who like long hair.... usually enjoy pulling it.
