If the campground is full, is there another place we could have the picnic? Maybe at the hotel or a nearby park to the hotel? That way we can just "party" all day and not worry about anyone having to drive.
I don't drink alcohol, but I would worry about those that do. Don't want anyone drinking and driving. | |

Posted: 7/10/2006 7:24:55 AM | I don't know if its going to be that easy to find hotel rooms either. i talked to someone that has alot to do with the little league and he said people reserve rooms the year before and they are usually all booked all the way thru williamsport and surrounding areas. So is there any way the date could be changed? I only live 5 minutes from the campground and would love to invite everyone over here to stay but i just dont have the room and im not even sure if i can get off work yet.

Posted: 7/18/2006 11:02:52 AM | well i had called the campgrounds and they said after the 4th would be best so i am wondering if you all want to make it right after that which it will be after labor day on the 9th or do you want to give yourself a week to get things normal after labor day and come the 19th. well i need to know what date you will like so i can change it. i did put it on the 9th. and if i need to put it the 16th i will. well let me know what all you think.
also if your staying one night you don't have to have deposit but if more then one night you have to have one night deposit. so you will have to call and reserve it for yourself if you want to stay there.

Posted: 7/18/2006 11:17:31 AM | i had changed the date on the 9th for now until i get the votes in, i am asking if that is okay or do you want a break from labor day to get things back in order before you come to this. it is the weekend after labor day. i am taking votes on this to see what everyone wants. so you have a choice the 9th or the 16th of september. let me know what you want so that way i can find out. the most wins so if you don't vote you may not get the date you want. i will leave this open for awhile so everyone has time to respond.
also if you want to stay at the gamp ground over night then you need to call them so you can reserve a place for yourself. make sure you do it when i tell you the actual date. you don't have to have deposit if your staying one night more then one night one night deposit required. 570-547-2252
