I also try to get enough sleep & try to keep up a stress free lifestyle. I still smoke sometimes & party all night once in a while, but I'm not in the sun all the time. I have a brother who's a year older, but he looks he's 10 yrs older b/c he works in the sun every day. I also haven't had kids yet. Other than that, my daily habits are probably par with most average people. | |

I opened a thread today and this nice man was posting to me directly. He was in his 50's, telling me that I don't look 35, he thinks I look 41. I was thrilled because I'm 42.  I'm going to raise my age in my profile to 49 (50's tabboo from what I hear.) I look OK for 49.  | |

But seriously I think most women look younger because they feel younger, lifestyle and business keep us active... and good genes help! | |

I don't drink alot of water, I don't use face cream at night, I don't eat the healthiest, I do lay in the sun when I feel like it, and I do smoke. So, I guess atleast for me it's probably a good assumption that genetics has a bit to do with me atleast not looking more than my age,,,who knows lol...The one thing I do know is there are alot of beautiful women on this site that are not even coming close to showing their age, and alot of them have posted here on this thread,,, awesome when that happens,,, | |

However, I wear sunscreen on my face everyday (all year), don't wear foundation or powder, only drink water or coffee (ok, and wine and beer), wash my face before I go to bed. I've never been a big drinker, but I do smoke. No wrinkles yet. | |
