1st - With both hands reach back and snap the hooks in place

2nd - Lean over to let them fall into the cup

3rd - Adjust/gather them into the cup properly

4th - Adjust wire UP to lift them in proper position

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALA . . . . PREFECT CLEAVAGE!!!

Never fails!!!!

With practice less than 30 seconds . . . .

OP.......very good ....anything to get women talking about their boobs is a good thing ....I'm not so sure that you or I or any other guy could care less about bra ergonomics and design .....but this is a very important and valuable thread none the less. (-:

The longer it takes to get a bra undone usually equates to how much pleasure there is in the treasure. So no complaining! anything that undoes with ease is unlikely to please! hmmm, sounds like something from the OJ trial........but enough about THAT boob.

yeah maybe.....or the longer it takes the more likely that those snippers you just happen to have handy turn that child proof bra into a front opening design....(-:

The best feeling I get when I don't wear bra. (Actually, to feel -- f r e e -- in every sense, something else should be off too ). Unless for 'Health & Safety' reasons ?

Hmm . . . seems like I've learned three things from this thread:

1) Most women don't have very flexible arms and have to fasten their bras in the front.

2) Most women think only small cup bras come in front closure.

3) I wouldn't sleep with 3/4 of the men in this thread, because I wouldn't have sex with a man who I felt I had to give the finger to afterwards.

Sounds like it's time for yoga and pilates class, lol. I wear front closure bras, but have never had trouble closing the back closure ones by putting my hands behind my back. Good flexibility helps, plus then you can scrub your own back when no one else is around.

Wacoal (famous large cup bra manufacturer) makes a nice soft front-closure bra with a racing back, which keeps the straps from falling off the shoulders, a problem for a lot of women with larger breasts.

Now, back to our regularly scheduled program . . .

Like digirl23.. I put mine on and I reach around back and fasten up.. (then I adjust the "girls") I don't need to see what I'm doing. My fingers are good without my eyes on em...lol. Front clasp? I haven't had one of those since I was in high school. It was ok- but not adjustable.

Victoria's Secret makes a nice front clasp bra.... I put my back closure ones on the way the OP described... but yeah they do get out of shape after awhile so back to buy more..

It is all about fit and personal preference...

^^^^^ I haven't been there in a while, but last I was there the cup sizes were a joke. If you need Ds that are really Ds you have to go with Wacoal or Bali.

But what if you need F's, G's, or H's?? Then where do you go??

For me, the perfect bra size would be not having to wear a bra!

Regardless of what method you put your bra on, when buying one, you should always fit it so the middle hooks are fastened. That way if you flunctuate with size, you can adjust it either way. Also, once you have the bra on, reach inside with your hand and grasp your breast, then center it, each one.

victorias secret is that the shop is a joke - they don't carry my size either - want you to special order it, then pay $40 for the privilige - no thanks! dillards is right down the way at my mall. also jc penney... and the front closure bras tend to come unfastened if i pick up something that i have to hold close to my body. it doesn't matter how many hooks are on it - some of them will come undone - then you have a 'poke' or a 'bump' under your blouse - looks very weird... i'll stick to the back closures - if you find the right one, they will wear like iron - and it's kinda funny when a guy has to undo more than 2 hooks... but there's nothing better than a great bra and a sleek sweater, turtle neck or tee shirt. (makes being a girl fun!)

Just FYI - mell, there are more letters than just F - I myself am a G - I have to pay a lot of money for a bra - but did find out about the bending over and placing them part when I went in to the specialty store to get one that fit properly. It is more comfy starting off that way. The front closure - same as everyone else says - only one choice and scratchy.

The other thing that drives me nutters? When the bra straps slide down - I have slopey shoulders - have always had that problem - have to be careful when I buy a bra - be sure the straps will stay where they are supposed to.

If you have to stuff the ladies in to the cups, you need a bigger size - lol.

Yes, and what a mind y'all have!!!

Koot: There are devices that can prevent a strap from drooping. See a lady's specialty store. If you can't find one, email me and I'll direct you to my favorite lingerie boutigue.

"G" is nothing! I was an "H" during my pregnancy!! Actually that was no laughing matter, and I am glad my boobs are no longer the size of Dubya's ego.

LOL...well this isn't something I was planning to share but what the hell. I clasp it in the front...twist it around...put my arms in and bend over to fit them in right. I guess it depends on the size of breasts on how you would need to fit them in...LOL..and we'll all consider front claps...they just don't have that much support...LOL..ahhh..the conflict.

Is that G for "Gigantic" and H for "Huge".....I always thought the sizes came in A, AA, C, D, DD, DDD(!!). As male stalking a certain "Writer" into uncharted areas "women and bra's"....sheeesh, not too many males in this one. But men have their own terms for bras, below are a few of our choiciest terminology for Bra's:

1. Boob Restraint Device
2. Boob Corral
3. Booby Trap

I shall stop here in my attempt not to be castigated. But still, H and G's.....never heard of them.

Ladies, how do you put on your bra? Seems most woman I have dated, when I watch them get dressed, they put the bra on with the clasp in the front, then twist the bra around the right way & stuff their tits in the cups, put their arms thru the straps and they are done.
I was watching on TV last year, the history of underware. They showed a bra fitter fitting a woman and showed the proper way to put on a bra. You have to bend over to get the tits dangling, put the cups around the tits, and while still bent over fasten the back strap.
My question is if it is so difficult to fasten the back strap, why not buy a front closure?
Arms thru straps, stuff tits into cups, fasten between tits. (and ya know, front closures would make it so much easier for us guys).

trying to figure out how to put yours on?
