i hate all people who think dating and cancer can work. even worse people with cancer on this site.
^^^^^ What?? .... I had to read that twice as I thought it was a very strange statement. And now that I have reread it, it is still a very strange statement. I will ask that you might want to explain just what you mean by that before I respond any further? Thanks. | |

Nice attitude. Someone who happens to have a terminal illness doesn't deserve to have love and be happy for the last days of their lives? If someone did have a terminal illness, I'd like to be made aware of that before I were to become too emotionally involved, but that doesn't mean that person wouldn't deserve to be cared for.
This is one more of those times when I wonder what character of people are on these websites and forums. I do have to say the integrity I see in this person's posts makes me thankful that they spoke out here, so that they don't have anyone being drawn into their poisonous atmosphere unsuspectingly. | |

Well... the girls were definately cute but then they started. They commented on the waiters, other people sitting around the restaraunt and anyone that could be picked on. "He has enough grease in his hair to cook us some fries in", "I wonder if she found her shoes in a dump?", "an apple doll looks better than that girl"...and on and on. My buddy and me were both thoroughly disgusted with these girls commenting on people out loud so we brought it up to them. Wow, talk about instant hate. I drove the girls home in an awkward silence. | |

I had a puppy with parvo once, between us and the vet we nursed him back to health, several years later he saved my son's life...
Everything has value if your willing to look for it...
I'm sure if you were to look at the relationship you had with an open mind the benefits you could take away from it far out way the hurt!!! | |

To be honest, if she's saying like a puppy with parvo, put them down, then I highly doubt they were too hurt by their passing.
But I can see how if a person said that in public how they might bring upon themselves some instant dislike. | |

Absolutely, the hurt is self inflicted by the self pity and anger that she is looking at the relationship with, they dated for several weeks so there must have been more than a casual attraction and yet to sound so cold and bitter about it now.
I could understand if it was something the guy did to her, but I'm sure he didn't want or intend to die, it was only several weeks, the guy wasn't in the hospital and had the strength to date perhaps he didn't even know his end was near?
Hate, jealousy, greed, envy etc all emotions you should be able, as an adult, at the bare minimum control if not eliminate... | |

Yes there is[Something worse than a goody goody], it's called a woman who berates some other woman for being a "goody goody two shoes", and wallows in happiness that this woman got dumped by her boyfriend and said boyfriend is now dating the one[See Poster #109] who is currently berating said woman on a public forum. Also it's not what I think, it's what I know.

Posted: 5/31/2008 9:03:31 AM | Well a Beauty I'm sure she is not,a decent caring person I'm sure she is not,miserable and spiteful would probablybe more like it,maybe selfish and self centered would better describe this so called beauty.Whatever the case may be It doesn't matter to me for life has a way of dishing out it's own justice to people like that.I have a slow moving terminal illness that they call the silent killer.I have no symtoms and probably another 20 or 30 years to enjoy life and I plan to do so.But I place my cards face up on the table
I'm open and honest about my situation.I think someone should know before getting to know me too well and let them decide if they want to take a chance with me.Good lord we are all gonna die of something someday......lol .Does that mean that we should all refrane from human contact and emotional ties.I think not,you never know when you are gonna walk out that door and be hit by that proverbial bus.So to all enjoy life like God intend you to,he does want us you to be happy joyous and free.Let the shallow and cynical bask in there pitiful little lives and go on and enjoy the richness that we are intended to .  | |
