After today I've decided it's OK. I was speaking to a customer on the phone, and after nearly every phrase I was saying ok. I didn't even realise I was saying it until he said "no - it's not bloody ok" I then tried to stop saying ok, and I couldn't. Then it really started annoying me. It must have annoyed him too. Coz he hung up on me. Oops.

The one's that totally hack me off are: 'Absolutely' (as previously mentioned) - Absolutely what? Shite? Fantastic? 'Babe, - Not been a 'babe' for 38 fcuking years. A babe (baby) is a child under 12 months old in my book. Hun (Hunni(y)) - I don't like the stuff and I'm not Winnie the Pooh. 'Cool' (kewl) - I fcuking hate (I mean HATE cool/kewl). e.g 'Want a cup of tea?' 'Yeah kewl' ' No, you ****ing knob-jockey, it's not cool, it's fcuking hot!'
