| Stress Relief Posted: 6/27/2006 5:15:43 PM | Well it takes a whole lot to get me really stressed these days.
If I feel something building I can usually take care of it with just telling myself to take a deep breath with my eyes closed and clear my mind (Yes people years of Yoga training have helped me).
Usually when I get what I classify something really bad happen that just 'rips my undies' (not literally just a kiwi saying) so the physical release of a good run clears my mind of that and it doesn't really matter anymore as life is too short to waste too much energy on 'stress'. | |
