Take a yoga class, you'll float out at the end of the practice.

To releif stress I first pace around my place till I have worn out a spot on my carpet.. LOL jk. I go out for a walk, and taking in everything thats around me, and try to just let go of it. The beach is always a good place for a walk, with some good music.

Well it takes a whole lot to get me really stressed these days.

If I feel something building I can usually take care of it with just telling myself to take a deep breath with my eyes closed and clear my mind (Yes people years of Yoga training have helped me).

Usually when I get what I classify something really bad happen that just 'rips my undies' (not literally just a kiwi saying) so the physical release of a good run clears my mind of that and it doesn't really matter anymore as life is too short to waste too much energy on 'stress'.
