|
| Circumcision in the uk Posted: 6/26/2006 6:33:33 AM | I had a discussion about this in another Forum. I think that about 65% of US males are circumcised, whereas less than 10% of British males are. It's traditional in the US, but is only done for medical or religious reasons here. | |

like i said on another thread...women prefer circumcised.
well we never can resist anything with 10% off can we.
LOL... thought that was so funny! They're much more hygenic anyway!

| Circumcision in the uk Posted: 7/9/2006 4:56:53 AM | The consensus among women on here seems to be its no skin off their nose....... | |

| Circumcision in the uk Posted: 7/9/2006 5:08:33 AM | | Cant see what all the fuss is about .. my ex husband was circumcised and my ex partner wasn't.. as long as personal hygene is up to scratch, think I prefer un-circumcised.. just my opinion.. | |

| Circumcision in the uk Posted: 7/9/2006 9:50:58 AM | There is an interesting article in the wikipedia about it:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sexual_effects_of_circumcision
and this one about the correlation between the human papillomavirus (which may lead to some types of cancer) and being “uncut”.
http://www.sciam.com/askexpert_question.cfm?articleID=000CD0D6-AD51-1C71-9EB7809EC588F2D7&catID=3&topicID=12
I remember a Channel 4 program a few months ago about whether it was better to be “cut” or “uncut”. It was interesting and an eye-opener. In the US, some people are now suing hospitals claiming they were sexually mutilated without their consent!
Apart from that, I am not taking sides and I am not telling as I am kind of shy!

This must be either some one who heard it through the great vine and never experianced it her self, so she cant talk, or shes been with a bunch of unhygenic guys
Either way its not good for her and quite narrow minded of her.
Just like the statement you made above perhaps?
If you want to start lecturing about the pluses and minuses of having pubic hair why not post something balanced about it. It isn't actually thought to be unhygenic to keep hair, it's there to protect the skin, not washing is the cause of not being hygenic.

| Circumcision in the uk Posted: 8/4/2009 3:20:31 AM | it does make a difference. its nicer to look at, instead of the one eyed monster coming out at you its already there!! | |
|
| Circumcision in the uk Posted: 8/4/2009 4:22:58 AM | | As far as I can tell, there are some people that need to have it done for medical reasons and there are some people who prefer having it done for hyginic reasons, however the most common cause for it is still religious world wide. I doesn't mean that I haven't considered getting it done laster at this stage of my life! However i have been warned off it by people that have had this done! apparently its not a nice sensation for a few weeks afterwards! | |

| Circumcision in the uk Posted: 8/4/2009 12:27:23 PM | Anyone getting close to my****with a sharp object, is going to pull the said object out of their eye.
Apart from that, if one has it or not is up to the man, however it should be the guys choice and not his parents imo. This goes under getting baptised as well.

| Circumcision in the uk Posted: 8/4/2009 3:06:40 PM | I was cut at birth and I am glad I was.
Cosmetically it looks better.
Foreskins are often contributing reasons to a banana shaped penis too as the skin pulls at different points when errect.
And despite what some people think about it being a lot of crap there are dozens of reasons why medically being circumcised is more advantageous over not. A simple google search would unearth as much.

| Circumcision in the uk Posted: 8/4/2009 5:27:50 PM | I had an American bf who was circumcised. At first it felt a bit strange because when I was w***ing there was obviously no foreskin, and it was a bit more sensitive for him, but I soon got into the swing of things.
It doesn't bother me either way as long as it's clean.

| Circumcision in the uk Posted: 8/4/2009 7:53:07 PM | Having grown up in Canada, I had never even seen an uncircumcised penis, until I moved to the UK. It was strange at first - not bad strange - just different. But it was clean, didn't smell, and boy did he know how to use it! ;)

Oh no, it had a use. It's design is to provide protection for the tip of the penis/glans however this protection is no longer required now that Man wears clothes.
