I won't be arranging anything for weeks as I am busy until sometime mid-july.

I'll come with yas next time I got a day off and it works. I just stumbled upon this thread, but i know we were talking about it the other day. Get cheap dingies Can tire, wal-mart, zellers, wherever or Costco if yer gettin hard-core. I go every year.. one of the biggest was my canoe + 13 rafts all ties together... was like one huge floating island down the river. Oh we also had 2 smaller dingies for beer and empties (yes we had a garbage cart in tow)
Tips ?... here's a couple I could offer.
1) sun screen
2) If you take ANYTHING you don't want wet use zip loc freezer bags... works well for cell phones, mp3's, x-box's, playstations, and big screen tv's
3) Take cans o beer not bottles most definitely
4) Last but most importantly... MAKE SURE YA HAVE A VEHICLE AT THE OTHER END !!!!!
P.S. What was the deal with people gettin rescued ? Saw that last year when some do-do head cut her foot on broken beer bottles in bottom of raft (duh) | |

Since this thread is so old, we should set a standard start time and place for the whole summer- that way anyone who wants to show up can and will know where.
