For years I removed my leg and underarm hair, but my legs aren't really hairy so I quit, and haven't shaved my pits in 17 years. I don't show them off but *I* like the hair there and let me tell you, I have the most intense orgasms when a guy gets in there and really licks my hairy pits. It's an incredible errogenous zone. I know, I know, I can see many of you wrinkling your noses in disgust, but to each his own. Not everyone is into it. I've been told I'm disgusting for not shaving. I hear how hairy women smell. If hair causes odor we'd have a lot more stinky men in this world.
I don't change who I am for anything. I like the hair and I tell potential dates about it beforehand, and if they can't deal with it, I move on. I'd rather look like a woman than a 10-year old child *shrug*
I like my men like Sasquatch, too.
(I did tell someone on POF last night that I didn't shave my pits, and waited for the indrawn breath and the "ewww" but it never came and he said it didn't bother him. One big hurdle is now gone) | |

I heard that cancer from antiperspirants is because it stops perspiration. I guess I'm okay then, because I perspire regardless.
You heard wrong then, -- any potential link is thought to be due to the aluminum in anti-perspirants, --nothing else. | |

I would not force a woman to like my face being nubbly if it turned her off. Hair is much better then the nubs. I expect with the time and trouble shaving such sensitive areas saying "hang on for 20 minutes while I shower and shave" EVERY time would get old and kind of break the mood. That is of course if it grows as fast as my facial hair. | |

I stray neatly trimmed, but refuse to shave completely. There are only two things that come to mind when I see a cleanly shaven/waxed woman...
1. Prepubescent GIRLS (as opposed to real women).

Ladies, for God's sake, make friends with wax! And just cause you wear make-up doesn't mean you have to look like a prostitute. Just learn how to wear it well! (I don't look like a prostitute, DO I?)
Gentlemen, at the very least, make friends with a set of clippers, and trim everything. A hairless chest is better, but I'll settle for trimmed... unless you're a carpet. Then we're likely not a match anyway. :P | |

Posted: 8/14/2007 12:58:04 PM | Well this debate certainly opened up a lot controversial opinions, its nice to see such healthy arguments both for and against. Personally I don't like to see a wild uncared for bush. A nicely trimmed landing strip is good for me.
On my side of things I have recently started to shave my dangly bits and underneath the arches and I find it a nice feeling. And when a woman has my plums in her mouth I'm in heaven. But my hairy chest is staying, at least until I meet someone who wants to mow the lawn.  | |
