Yuck! And you know I have only had like 2 guys out of, I don't want to say how many, guys that shave, let's just say about less than 15% of guys shave. I don't like the whole forest sensation on a guy but that isn't going to turn me away from them. It is a part of life.

| Any women left with body hair? Posted: 10/9/2006 2:09:47 PM | Because I was born with jet black hair and very white (easily sun burned etc.) skin, the hair I do get really shows.
In the summer I shave almost everything...depends if I'm having a sexual relationship, wearing a bathing suit etc. But in the winter I get lazy unless I have someone to impress or need to wear pantyhose for some special evening.
Most days it's all I can do to look after my eyebrows and make sure those embarrassing hairs that seem to sprout out of "old people" Leaving things alone in the winter (at least more often if not entirely) also keeps the hair on my legs from growing in so fast during the summer.
What I wonder is how do guys -- and us too eventually, I guess -- get those nose hairs out? What does one say to their estitician when the time comes anyway?

| Any women left with body hair? Posted: 10/9/2006 4:20:34 PM | I think if a woman chooses to wear Perfume, that's fine..I do ....but I don't bath in it so that people who walk near me faint! Perfume is to be worn so that when someone special gets close to you, it's pleasant not over whelming.
Make up can be worn so that it appears as it you have none...not everyone paints them selves up as a clown!
As for hair, that too is personal. Keep it, shave it, wax it, lazer it....all a matter of personal prefence and shouldn't be of anyone else's concern but your own.
some people who sweat alot can smell a great deal if left with a huge bush.
Keeping it trim looks far pleasing on the eyes in a bikini than having it seep out the sides of the bathing suite. So if a man perfers the masculine look, then those who wear it like that are hot. For those who keep trim and the guys who like that...they are hot.
Shaving pubic hair has been done since the early 1900's ....Many greek & portagese women removed hair before women of twenty-fith century.....go figure!...guess that is their old fashion ways!
Funny thing....men who say they like all natural...are still looking at the ones who keep it clean!

| Any women left with body hair? Posted: 10/9/2006 4:31:17 PM | my neighbor is owns a perfumary and soap making business. i think it's fantastic and it makes me sad that someone actually rallies against it. why people have to be so damn extreme about things is beyond me. i'm allergic to dogs but i'm not trying to get them banned from planet earth.
as for shaving, i shave where it counts. mostly just legs and pits. i like having smooth, soft legs. but i never did get the whole 'bald hoochie mama' thing. to each their own though right???
|
| Any women left with body hair? Posted: 10/9/2006 5:51:33 PM | ROFL this is hilarious I like the feel of skin but my body hair is why too fine. waxing is a waste of my time and money so i guess i should invest in electrolysis
and i heard that the breast cancer link was with underwire bras... deoderant too?? first time i heard that. but i did hear that certain deoderants cuz alzheimsers...
But if it about our environment is toxic and we poison ourselves by breathing air everyday. some communities worse than others. But i do appreciate a nice scent. BO is just wrong. And I would rather suffer a headache from perfume than gag and vomit over BO.

| Any women left with body hair? Posted: 10/9/2006 6:22:11 PM | I wonder though, how many women would stop all that work if they lived in cultures where men found women really sexy in their real and natural state?
***Quite a few, I'm sure. It's all cultural conditioning. I'm European, so I never grew up seeing women with shaved legs or armpits. I'll shave my pits about once a month or so but very rarely my legs; I always end up cutting myself. I'd never put hot wax on any of my body parts. And about shaving the genital area: I wasn't even aware of this trend until I started reading this forum, since I don't watch porn. I guess some day hair will be back in style; the pendulum tends to swing back and forth. In the meantime, my hairy legs are probably a good screening method.

| Any women left with body hair? Posted: 10/9/2006 6:32:00 PM | I am European, have been all over Europe and believe me, 96% of us shave our legs, underarms and wax our private area!
***fairyx, 96%??? Wow! What a huge difference a quarter of a century can make. I left Germany in 1981 and virtually no woman shaved her legs or pits, and presumably her private parts (going to swimming pools a lot, I always saw hair peeking out). Even when I went back in the early '90s did I see plenty of hairy-legged women, younger ones, too. So I'm guessing you're either hanging out in different circles or you're exagerating.

Why on earth would you like body hair on women? If you do, you might as well date men. I'd be very leery of men with this preference.
That's gross! | |

If this is the case... than don't shave the legs and under arms.... its all "natural". I for one "shave" every where. To me it makes me feel cleaner and well groomed. Just a side note: Doesn't mean I think ladies that don't aren't ..... for me its my preference.

| Any women left with body hair? Posted: 10/10/2006 1:03:14 AM | Gotta be smooth, the pricklies drive me nuts and since I have hair down to my ass I am pretty much used to long grooming sessions anyways so whats a few extra minutes of shaving? Once you get going it becomes second nature........I am considering saving up for laser hair removal though, after all I am getting old and am not as flexible as I used to be | |

YOU SUFFER FOR WEEKS AFTER AND WHO WANTS TO "DO IT" WHEN YOU HAVE ROAD BURN I SAY TRIM IT UP BUT OTHERWISE LETS GET BACK TO THE 70'S WHEN WOMEN WERE WOMEN AND MEN LOVED UM THAT WAY

| Any women left with body hair? Posted: 10/10/2006 10:57:21 AM | Yuck. Hair is an eyesore for me....I shave, bleach, wax and pluck like ya read about. If you were blessed with olive skin and light hair you have it made, but if you can see it, it's got to go.
Don't like it much on men either, besides a long head of hair of course. In that case I make up for it.

***Good god, what an ignorant, hateful comment. I could just as well say that men who like their women all shaved, including genitals, are closet paedophiles! See how stupid this sounds??

| Any women left with body hair? Posted: 10/11/2006 9:33:47 PM | ummm, let's just say that the only hair on my body is the hair on my head as long as it is, my eyebrows & eye lashes, my arms, my legs in between shavings...............ummmm, that's about it with any hair on my body, the rest is up to the imagination. | |

| any women left with body hair Posted: 11/30/2006 9:03:04 PM | | i have blond hair and have never shaved my legs above my knees and have never had a man complain about it once.. the hair that is there is so soft and sparse it's hardly noticable. i don't shave my legs at all in the winter. it takes too long to do and it's a waste of time that could be used for something more fun!!! i shave my pits when it shows and trim the pubs in the summer when it matters.. why worry about it any other time.. life is too short to sweat the small stuff!!! | |

| Any women left with body hair? Posted: 11/30/2006 9:21:45 PM | I was in highschool when I decided I didn't like having hair on my arms. Some time after that I had decided I didn't like having hair anywhere except the hair on my head ... including eyebrows and eyelashes.
So for many years everything else has been shaved. It is interesting how the more I read lately the more I realize that other women feel the same way I do about hair.
Then you have the other side where as the OP they think hair shouldn't be shaved.
Some girl in highschool thought it was taboo that I shaved my arms back then. I'd hate to know what she would think about people shaving other stuff besides just arms.
However, also the hair issue has never been about what a guy likes or does. Just my personal preferrence regarding hair on me.
