Posted: 3/16/2005 10:21:54 PM | Way to go thacks.... Now we're starting to rick.. Everyone put this notice on their profiles and start inviting everyone you know in southern Ontario..... Then we should try and do the same for a meet in other districts....
This sounds like it could be a cool thing to promote so I am thinking here to put my old skills to use and try organizing rotating meets once a month by district. Toronto, London, etc. Have game give aways and promotions from beer companies, travel companies and everything?
If you all are interested place a post here and then I will setup a registration and notice board listing prizes and events. Of course we cannot forget to discuss it here though.
Now this will be exclusive to POF.

Posted: 3/17/2005 9:22:17 AM | It's too late to advertise but if well planned for the next meet I know it would be a deadly turn out. The idea is to Rotate different areas each month.. Toronto, London, Kitchener, etc.
Radio stantion is not a bad idea though even to get a few days advertising in... make sure they mention the website. Next time around I can talk to the radio stations and maybe arrange a POF Promo where people can call in and win something. | |

Posted: 3/17/2005 9:46:01 AM | A friend of mine went to the Corral last week and said the line up at 9:30 was huge that you almost need to get there at 8:30 to not have to wait in a huge line up. I don't know if that was just something special last week..but it is something to keep in mind.
I wish I wasn't going away that sounds like a good party.

I traded my car for a whack of tickets. I wonder if the cops will give me a lift. I got to get there, my fish might be there and she may want to spawn.

I looked on their website, and Sam Cook is there on Thursdays and in Guelph on Fridays. Guess I answeresd my own question.

We're almost there..had some questions e-mailed to me about hotel accomodations..we will be staying at the Comfort Inn...so if anyone else wants to get adjoining rooms lets keep the party going all night! strictly good clean fun of course!!!...Maybe we can get a group discount! lol...and if anyone is to drunk to drive..we'll leave the tub open! lol..BYOB..bring your own blanket! lol..
Dont forget your dancing shoes and camera so we can document this terrific evening...already thinking of a summer get together..How does tents..campfire..and no noise restrictions on a large country property sound to everybody???
Lots of trees to tie the RCMP officers horses to so they are more than welcome to come as well! lol....

Posted: 3/18/2005 4:54:33 PM | Alrighty then...making my list and checking it twice..lol...K after going to have mimimum room in a vehicle..there is no room for a big sign..plus this week has been insane for me..so I am printing up 8.5's x11's to post up around our section..plus balloons...plus POF VIP plaquards are whirring out of the printer as I type..SO again the POF section is when you come in..from coat check..up the stairs...there is the first bar to the right..hang a right there..go down the stairs there and voila!!!
soooo excited!!!
My group wont be doing the Red Lobster meal..maybe Wendys the pick of the 99 cent menu ( ha paceyjet!!..inside joke) So I need to be there at 8 for setup and to ensure our section is reserved..anybody got any more balloons??? looking at package..wow 6! lol..looked like more in the store! and do yous have any idea how hard is was to try to find anything with fish on it???
I have posted by my profile pic what the signs are going to look like so everybody keep a sharp eye!..once ya find the section..then ya can drink! lol
and remember..friends don't let friends drive drunk..plus take weird people home!..
