Let's see: they love what they do, they focus, they dedicate, they introduce you to all kinds of awesome music, they help you to hear what you previous couldn't, they have energy...what's not to like....oops, whole other post. | |

As long as the guy has a career and not playing all day and making lol money from it, cause seriously, not everyone can play the guitar well. As a past time, I thinks it's damn sexy. | |

a few months ago I was playing my guitar
working on something new,my girlfriend sat there and started writing lyrics to my
progression....they fit perfectly... Very cool Juicy! That's a nice connection, something I wouldn't mind having! I've always fantasized about being with the right musician who wrote songs with me (and for me)...a nice soulmate connection (dare I say that word?)...and even harmonizing together while singing...  | |

did you sing her poem to her? there are some people that write poetry but can't sing and there are some that can sing but can't write poetry.............did you ever see if she can sing? maybe if the 2 of you work together, put the music and melody together and find someone that can sing the music (if either of you can't sing) then you might have something there. i used to sing, just never my own words, i was always able to sing to other peoples lyrics.
i miss singing *sigh* | |

I can make a song and melody to just about anything, but she would not sing. Tried it once, and she had to stop because she started to cry. She was one of those women that put everything in to her poetry, then hearing it in a song... Heck she could not even stand when she heard it back. LOL. | |

My ex and I lived together, and the nights I would be up, I would always make sure it was ok, not like i was ignoring her but she insisted I play. She loved to hear me play while she was sleeping, she said it was relaxing. Whether it was acoustic or electric, just jamming noodling around, not really playing a song. And after her I've played on msn, and same thing maybe it's my playing, who knows, but they love it! And ask for more. | |

Don't ignore the drummers though, girls, a guy great on the drums will look the exact same way when he's having sex. Yep.

but most women, from what I have seen love that I play guitar and usually want me to play accoustic for them...
so rocking out with Buckethead Licks not so much so... knowing how to play the Jane Says... yeah shows sensitivity and all that crap!

My friend back home told his son, if you want to get chicks, learn to play guitar LOL, I think he's right, it's one way, there are lots more ways too though, like sports, love athletes too, most girls do, where I'm from, imagine it's universal.
If I ever had a son, I would totally put him in sports before I put him in guitar/drum lessons though, it really gives them something extra but if you aren't a jock, an instrument is really something to get a guy lots of booty, IMO | |
