| When do you see youself quitting this site ??? Posted: 7/3/2006 1:53:48 AM | Who voted off my thread asking "have you ever laughed at the most inopportune moment" etc. etc. - I know it wasn't Ms. BBW cos she replied to it ????
Am beginning to feel there is some kind of conspiracy going on here - To the people concerned who voted it off....jaysus, what's wrong with ye ?? - I was genuinely interested in hearing what others experiences were - but I am not gonna stop being interested and posing questions especially now that I know some of my threads are unwelcome.
This Elitism is gonna have to stop !!!!! (would be a good reason not to bother with the forums anymore)
In the future I am gonna have to preface any threads I post with the words "please do not delete just because this paricular thread has been initiated by someone who is actually an intelligent thoughtful individual who is genuinely interested in others thoughts and has NOT been initiated by the oh so tiresome and in dire need of ego-boosting people who profess to be "family" on here"
Sorry if I offended anyone...ooops.

| When do you see youself quitting this site ??? Posted: 7/3/2006 5:38:07 AM | demeter.... you really don't need to keep getting in a stew over threads you keep getting deleted, just brush it off. It's not just people in the Uk forum who have the choice to vote a thread off, it's a global choice. If you look at the top of the forum at 'mods threads' you'll see that you too have the choice to decide if a thread is valid or not.
TBH I can't see what reason your thread was deleted for, because I didn't even see it! but there's loads of reasons why it could have gone. The topic seemed to be ok to me too and I would have contributed. Tons worse things have been discussed here and in the global forums. Maybe yours didn't have many contributors and got axed for that reason - redundancy!
... and don't forget the party pooper trolls who just join this site to flame and cause havoc - you could have been victim to one of those too.... that's why I say don't worry about it. > > > > > > >> OT.. when do I see myself quitting? well, I've thought about it, but then all I've done is not sign in for a few days, instead of deleting myself and announcing my departure.
IF I got a potential SO (significant other) I think I'd leave the site, cos hopefully I'd be too busy working on that to have time to donate here.. and that's the point of the whole site.
