Posted: 10/27/2008 6:49:06 PM | They lie all the freaking time. I was on another site and this guy chatted with me for ages until I mentioned taking his number and calling sometime. Well suddenly he became coy and mentioned a partner (not a wife). He told me how he is in a "sexless relationship" and therefore looking to meet someone on the site.
I told him he was yet another chicken that I've encountered living one big fat juicy lie. He loves his girlfriend yet she doesn't want to have sex with him. Hmmm. I told him that she isn't loving him at all.
He went into denial. This is what married men do. I have challenged them all and they just pretend that it's all ok.
In my opinion these people are stupid and weak. They want their cake and to eat it too. It's just the same old boring stuff.
I honestly think I'd have more chance of meeting a "normal", healthy, single, unattached male in the real world away from these types of sites. People here seem to think it's ok to hide behind the computer.

Me, I never lied to get sex, I never needed to. My overall character helps that out alot. Why lie? Personally, I think women generally like to hear that sort of thing anyways. If I say "I Love you" "I care a lot about you", "how can I love you if you won't lie down"... that means I want sex?? Noooo! This also depends on how far along the relationship is going as well.
Guys DO fall in love that easily. I've been through that 2 times in my natural born life.
Oh and in ending this, to answer your question OP, just as much as you women lie to us...   And believe me, I can tell you some freakin doozies that I have heard.... | |

Be honest sex is part of good relationship.

Lets look, We all use flirting, at times ...It might occur on a conscious or on a unconscious level. & we are all guilty of that at some point... If how you really got to resort to telling lies ,to just make her want to get in the sack, then you need to face reality.... Mental maturity is reached by the age of about 25 in most normal men...So if these older so called men, still feel the need to lie, just to get sex, they are still boys no matter how old they are....If these guys who continue to do this ,even after reaching the ripe old age of mental maturity.... Feels it necessary to screw with a womans mind just to get sex, should seek counseling ,for they still have some growing up to do | |

I'd bet almost 100% of guys have lied to get sex. The lie may be a big one... or a ittle one...
I've done it... all my friends have done it...
Lying to get sex is like masturbation, no one admits to it, but everyone has at one time or another....
I'd bet the most common lies are:
1... "I'm single"
2... "I don't have an STD."
3... "My wife (or girlfriend) (doesn't have sex with me/ doesn't understand me / doesn't live with me/ and I are separated) "
4..."I don't have a phone at home"
5... "You're the only girl I'm seeing"
6... "I don't have time for a full relationship but we could be 'Friends with Benefits'."
7... "My name is ...(insert randomly chosen name here )"
8... "Because of my job, I can only see you 1 night a week"
9... "I love you"
10. "I'm not like all the other guys..." or "I would never do anything like that"
11. "I ( agree with/ understand/ find fascinating/ respect ) any ( off beat topic/quasi-religion/ diatribe/ crazy concept/stretch marks/tattoos / whatever near criminal act you did to your ex)
12. "No, I don't think you're... (too fat / stupid/ ugly / too young / too old/too skinny/ crazy/ a freaking lunatic )"
13. "I think it's wonderful that you are so sexually liberated."
14. "I've never (done this before/ had sex with a stranger before)"
15. "I like kids!"
