Sorry, but I've got to side with the guys on this one because I personally don't get very offended if someone stares at my chest. It's actually a compliment and, in most cases, not a sign of disrespect. No one gets offended if a guy likes your eyes/hair and spends the evening staring at them but as soon as the focus shifts below the neck, it's offensive? If someone talks to my boobs to the point where I'm annoyed, I just tell them that they can talk to them all they want but they probably won't answer. They usually get the point and at least try to focus somewhere else. | |

Boob watching (covered up)
It's about sex - pure & simple. If a guy is looking at your boobs - he's thinking of having sex with you. - Some guys looks at all womens boobs and are just totally desparate.
Boob watching (bare / clevage / bikini etc)
Although it's about sex too, it can be a surprise to the guy & he just CAN'T take his eyes off them.
As far as you seeing - that's the hope - that you will acknowldge his interest & reciprocate.
PS two other comments - I've seen women examing guys crotches so goes both ways & your guy is after one thing - not a plutonic friendship but wants sex. | |

Posted: 10/4/2007 8:57:31 PM | I don't know how it is for other guys but if I'm staring at your boobs ... I'm completely unaware of it. I know how many women find it distateful and try to avoid it but unless I'm deliberately focusing on avoiding looking at your knockers thats where my eyes often end up ... totally without realizing it. You may not believe me but it's true and I've no idea how else to describe it. It's a lot like when you're sitting at a table and someone has put some snack food on the table. Without realizing it you're snacking on food that you really don't want, isn't good for you and you're not even hungry. Yet I find my self shovelling food down my gullet.
Both behaviours are very frustrating for me. I'd love to be able to control them both. I've got a friend who's trying to help me out with the boob looking, pointing out when I slip. I think I'm making progress. 
Summary: some of us do think you notice and have difficulty controlling it anyway. | |

If I walk up to the cashier and she arches her back and sticks her boobs in my face while fixing her hair ......I might stare a bit , or more than a bit . (-;
Normally , without provocation or unless they are real eye catchers , I won't stare .
I think some guys have more boob hungry eyes than other guys .

I am from London and I have a big chest, I have just meet this guy as a mate and when he is talking to me he is constantly staring at my chest, which I find very rude plus I work in a very male dominated enviorment and my manager does it, and all the other men in the office do it. I just wanna shout out at them

Most guys just can't help it. Even I as a leg and butt man will notice a nice pair of hooters. To me "nice" is well-shaped, no matter what the size is. And then to other guys "nice" is size. | |

Both genders do the "check it out" thing.
Some ladies dress to attract that,some not, but staring is kinda creepy and rude. | |

That's one of the reasons they're there for. Hell. I ain't gonna strap them down or cut them off. Hard staring and drooling? Not so much. But being human isn't a bad thing. What good is decoration if no one looks at it???
And because 50% of people have them, it is responsibility of the other 50% too look at the boobs. | |

Why do you wear clothing that makes your tits readily available for the viewing if you do not want guys to look at them? I bet if Brad Pitt walked into the room and stared at your chest you would not be offended nearly as much as if I had just gazed at them. My point is that if women are going to "flaunt their assets" then they can't be choosy about who enjoys those assets. | |
