Posted: 2/27/2008 3:45:09 PM | Today I had lunch in a diner where one waitress is fully endowed. When I was paying she said earlier she spilled drinks all over her chest and it looked like a wet t-shirt contest. So I did the honorable thing and told her next time to call me before it happens.

Almost every living being on earth is geneticly coded to seek out the most suitable mate available to them. So I guess all guys are checking out the ladies in one way or another, some being more noticable than others. But you're right: It's rude and they should know better.  | |

When you are in a work situation (or anywhere, really), you are the guardian of your own reputation/boundaries/etc...
There are laws, in most of the western world, that protect workers from harassment, but you have to be willing to speak up on your own behalf one way or another (You don't need to sue for what you can simply ask!).
This is about respect.
Now, since the boss is doing this too, you have to make it clear to him first that it's been lovely, but it is not acceptable, and he must set the example for the other guys. Some of them should be able to hear you tell your boss this. Practice what you want to say beforehand. It shouldn't be said in an angry way, calling them all names, or even raising your voice beyond simple resolve.
Remember: the truly powerful never have to yell.
You will need some tools for a success. Try some of these:
You have to speak up every time, until they get it in check, while speaking with you.
Wave your hand like you are batting a small fly away in an upwards motion, in front of your bust, drawing the gaze to your eyes, and say unemotionally"My eyes are up here," when he is finally looking you in them, continue speaking.
Tell him/them that you can't trust a man who can't meet your eye (you can thank Tootsie for that one!).
Concisely say, "Respectable men look a person in the eye when another person is speaking."
Going off into the ridiculous can further make your point...
Since they do this whenever you are speaking, blatantly stare at their crotch whenever they are the ones doing the talking as long as they continue this behavior.
Lean in a little, and do it.
They may find it novel, at first, but eventually it will become very uncomfortable for them. When they ask what you are doing, simply and unemotionally say you are staring at their crotch.
Do not remind them why, just do it. Don't giggle. Don't move. Just STARE until they stop talking. When you are speaking, look them in the face. REPEAT again every time they talk. They need to figure it out themselves for it to sink in sometimes.
They will try to wait you out.
Be strong and let them speak on it first. When they finally say "Uncle, I get it!" smirk, and walk away slowly with your good posture on. Do not explain.
Sometimes silence is the best punctuated statement.
But, be sure your obviously attention-getting cleavage meets the world a little shy when you do all of this. They are only human (hopefully!) after all. They will probably do some staring when you aren't looking, but you can't really do much about that. If they ask for, or you finally have to tell them your bottom line, know what it is.
What is your bottom line? Write it down. You will be more confident.
Being well-endowed myself, I get it. It is all about common courtesy and respect.
Quietly demand that respect. Behave worthy of it --you will get it. If not, move on.

Most women with nice ones are proud when a guy notices.
Now if they are hanging to the waist we are just staring and wondering how they got so low. We are then not staring in a good way, more like a freak show at the circus, or car accident way. You do not want to stare, but cannot stop yourself. | |

If we look they label us as rude cavemen.
If we don't look they feel insulted because we obviously think they aren't worth looking at.
Either way... we lose.

My guess would be that anybody with a large breast fixation (or any breast fixation) probably had some sort of separation issues with their mother as a child. Seems a little creepy to be so obsessed with one body part. | |

we spend a while away from them and then as pubity hits us it's like discovering some long lost treasure ,although Im not one of these social retards that talks to a womans chest they have built in detectors that know when your doing that anyways ,that's just being down right sleazy and doesn't get guys all that far unless the woman is of low moral standings lol. | |

But no one ever says anything. Not even a bad look. I mean if she's got a low cut shirt, bathing suit, or just plain fine us guys are going to look. If you don't want us to to look then don't put them out on display. Men are visual period we can help it but its too much fun to not help it. [evil laugh ;)] But in all seriousness I've glanced at more than a couple of girls then I walk away and catch one last look at her and notice she's staring right at my but. So it goes both ways. I like to look at women, women like to look at men. Its all good.
