^^^Nice tris/delts. I like a little shoulder, even on me. I can't seem to maintain gains for long tho, not enough testosterone. I'm not going there! I dont even like creatine.

If you think my supplements are nerdy and complicated, you dont want me to start talking about nutrition, lol. Right now it's all about the calorie deficit. :( No gains for me for a while, too fat!

I use fitday.com to track it. Helps a lot.

Spend as much time obsessing about real food and less about supplements.
It is highly unlikely you will find anything that will significantly change your hair. Sometimes genetics is just that, GENETICS. Your hair is largely determined by your genetics, and with all the supplements you have already taken you are unlikely to see any significant improvement in your hair by adding biotin.

Guys, thanks for the other advice, but I really wanted to talk about supps.

A) first off you got advice from a medical dr
b) nevermind
c) you do not want to face the fact -- food will always be better than supplements. Several of us here hold that opinion and rather than even wonder why you are bullheaded towards the pop-a-pill-attitude you think us wrong without a singular reasonable inquiry.
d) I have recommended some supplements. I also know endothil works -- but my situation is drastically different than some vanity seeker looking to brag about how buff they are at the gym. Read more at endothil.com and if you can afford it try it.
e) google -- plenty of research out there onthe web!!!

for your back -- swimming. But there is nothing like repitition for a muscle -- I may be weaker now than I was in my teens BUT I still have my swim team build in my upper back, my basketball playing arms and my muscular quads and butt from biking. Arm stamina from rowboating, splitting logs, pumping my air rifle, pumping water...etc..etc MUSCLES DO REMEMBER their earlier training.
