Just rode from Newmarket to Orillia to check out Frenchie's. It was
mentioned there is a meet on Monday's. Well at 7.30 it was all closed up and not a bike in site!!!!
Maybe some of the locals could give us a heads up when they are going to meet.
It would be a great service to us all.

Pretty chilly these days, but we'll check back in the spring and see if anyone in the Hamilton area wants to go for a tour.

Posted: 3/15/2009 7:10:29 AM | I read here that people are interested in a POF Ride well fellow fishes there is one in the works. At present the plan is in development stage. Got to smooth out some details before I will be able to post the ride as a POF event.
The idea is to host a "Destination type ride". That way we can all ride at our own pace and have designated place to meet. Looking at Eugene as a destination. A village near Flesserton. It has a small park and an awesome little waterfalls. There are only 2 lane paved roads in the area, so user friendly for even M1 riders. A map will be included with 4 or 5 colours marked on it. You wear a band or scarf for your area colour. This way when you reach the park (between noon and 2pm) you maybe able to meet others from your area to ride back with. More will be explained when it becomes a real POF event. The calender date is in a bit of a flux right now, depending on response either May 31 or June 13.
No Fees /No Pressure/ No Excuses
