| Fantasy dinner party Posted: 7/27/2006 2:34:38 AM | I would gladly accept the invitation. I would invite everyone as I am new to the UK forums and I think all of you are great and so funny. I'm sitting next to Georgiegirl though...I bought her new shoes too... ~Carrie B | |

| Fantasy dinner party Posted: 6/30/2008 6:00:23 PM | Just found this thread and resurrected it as I wanted to ask the same question. You can have a dinner party and invite people from POF - who do you invite? I've had to stretch it to 8 but will have a 50/50 male/female split. Obviously you have to be included.
The guys
Macforty - his comments make me laugh and he seems quite clued up on lots of subjects so good for conversation. He always starts good threads.
Gut Reaction - tells things as he sees them and quite happy to make jokes about himself as well as others. Comes across as a good laugh.
Johnnycomelately1 - Posts some damn good stuff. And some of the jokes are really corny, just the thing to crack me up at 3am after far far too much alcohol.
Me of course being the fourth guy.
The ladies
Astro08 - she cracks me up whenever we chat and again would be great as she seems know a lot of stuff.
Kath111 - she seems a clever little cookie and also makes some of the most wicked comments on here I have ever read. An or a or a little bit of each?????
MissSelf - she always gives a good account of herself on the forums, and lives a totally different lifestyle to many of the rest of us (read her profile). So good to have different viewpoints in the conversation.
GrumpyOldWoman- I couldn't not invite this lady, she wants to take her dog for a walk in the country park next to my house Always tells it as she sees it and seems to be quite knowledgable. And if things got a bit out of hand I'd be relying on her to be my bouncer and sort the others out so they wouldn't wreck my house.
So that's my line up round the table at the moment. What's yours?

| Fantasy dinner party Posted: 6/30/2008 7:05:03 PM | Only 6 for a dinner party? Blimey! OK, at the risk of offending people, here goes......
Barberella.....my good lady and unswerving partner. Great fun, totally lovely in every way, plus she has a dishwasher
Lily......Does anyone really need a reason?! This lady's dinner party conversation topics would be amazing!
Midlandstaurus......A wonderful conversationalist, a true friend, and an altogether happy person. Especially if she's allowed to bring mad mate Tracy with her, who I know would lick all the food and then put it back!
November Babee......The funniest person I've ever spoken to on POF, a real wit and a genuine mate.
Bluebrummie......Ex-POF'er with a heart of gold this fella. Instantly likeable, very open and cares deeply about stuff.
Barbelbil.......Derby meet host, and a very funny and entertaining man once you know him.

I resemble that remark!
I was going to invite 6 - but hard to tell off the pics you have who has the cutest 'arrises - so besides if theres only food for six - and I reciprocate, five of us would be hungry -
