I don't deal with drama, most girls 19-25 are shallow, thick skulled and most of the times jaded to anything they don't know about. I don't know what you'd consider older but I'd like a girl 25-35 maybe if the conditions are right. I just can't imanging dating a whiny teenager with no real life experiences..... | |

I've also found them to be better lovers imo but really it comes down to the lack of mind games. Besides, I've always thought that age is mind over matter, it doesn't matter if you don't mind. | |

I am not looking for just a physical relationship but companionship and intellectual stimulation as well.
Writing what I want to write will only get me in trouble...To tame it down a bit, just realize that I'd be pleased as punch to have younger women write me instead of only the older ones who have already raised a family and who aren't into the whole physical relationship thing....and I don't mean teeny-boppers....I'm talking like 26 to 30something year olds who haven't already lived the part of their lives that older women have: building a home, family, and history with a guy they want to be with. | |

I don't have to worry about him meeting my kids or wanting to get married or anything beyond having a great time together. Most of the time he is MORE mature than I am. Besides that we have fun together.
I will take a 23 yr old that has never been married over a 35 yr old that has never been married any day. 30 somethings are too set in their ways. 20 somethings are easier to train. lol JK!
I just don't understand the double standard. My ex was able to screw his secretary who was 14 years younger than him and no one said anything about the age difference. Just the whole adultry thing. lol Perhaps because the toothless whore looked like she was 68 but that is neither here nor there.
However I may have met the man of my dreams and he is 46. Just goes to show that age really doesn't matter. Similar interests and common ground is what it is all about. | |

Why so negative and whinie? And why cant you just be flattered that someone is showing interest in you...granted be it not the type of interest you are looking for.
Real simple...if you dont want that age contacting you, you set your search and mail preferences to weed those "younger" gentleman out! Not too difficult.
Heck for us guys on here, we would consider ourselves lucky to have woman out of our league trying to contact us! Most of us on here are looking for more than just an encounter but you have to talk/ meet before we know if we are on the same page and looking for the same thing. So just take the good with the bad or the desirables with the undesirables. You are on a dating site for pete's sake, and a free one at that...what do expect?
Lighten up, change your settings, and just be a little bit more positive about us guys...were not all dirtballs! I would also point out that why you might get a lot of "offers" is the fact that there is a big ratio imbalance of guys to girls on this freebie site (as well as other dating sites). There is simply alot more guys "looking" that there is women...oh... another thread topic...that got deleted!!!

We'll take the easy path every time if we can and if it means choosing an older woman who's too vain to pass up a younger guy, so much the better! Desperation will cause a guy to accept an older woman in a flash because we know she'll respond to a younger guy. Thanks to soap operas, fads and women's overwhelming desire to take part in the latest trends, we can have it both ways. Guarranteed, when the right younger one comes along the younger guy will drop you like a bad habit.
As far as us older guys not being as energenic, youthful or whatever. It's because *WE WORK FOR A LIVING!!!* We can't afford to live with mommy and daddy anymore and let them flip the bill for our lives. We have lives to live and things to do. It's called responsibility and we take it seriously. Unless that kid is rich (daddy and mommy died and left them a fortune, he hit the lottery, etc.), he's probably living at mommy's home or renting. In which case he can't afford to take you anywhere but he's willing to feed your vanity and ego every time. Nothing personal girls. :) | |

Wow, joyce29, I SO agree with you. I'm 52, probably could pass for 47 and the guys who are my age look like 60 PLUS. I do NOT want to end up with an old fart with high cholesterol, diabetes and penile disfunction.
Also...most men and up my age brag about riding their Harley. What's with that?? I say, you just do that so you can say you have something big between your legs. LOL.
I tend to reply to men who are at least 2-3 years younger than me.
I've had my share of Nigerians and South Africans, which I ignore, but some of the 20 or 30-somethings who contact me and want "a mature woman" are just looking for a notch in their sexual belt. I can hear it now, "Dude. Check it out. I did this 52 year old MILF. Awesome, huh?" They're out for the bragging rights.
I'll keep an open mind, but for me, younger men (within about 7 years) are the way to go. Youngsters are NOT. | |
