I know he worked out atleast 45 min a day, even though he was a big boy because he used to body build but couldn't any more due to a football injury. So try it, see if she tastes any difference. It noticed smokers were a bit more strong and like an aftertaste to it. I even told o boy who lives in Baltimore now to mail it to me, but I think he fears his boys in the mail could get lost and seminate whoever. lol.  | |
