My problem with the quotes is that if I have to edit my post the [q] and [/q] do not stay put and they are no longer within the quotations. Is there anyway I can keep it that way when I edit my post and not go back to putting the [ ] again because sometimes I forget to redo them?
When you edit, deleting the HTML tags and replacing them with [quote ] and [/quote ] will keep the quoting box. Or if you're in the habit of typing up your replies in Notepad or a word processor: When you have to edit, edit the copy in Notepad and copy it over to the posting box so you don't have to delete the HTML and replace it. | |
