okay...I've gathered up the courage to try and learn how to quote..where do I start?


I see ! Now I understand.
The quote function only puts it in the highlighted box. You still have to use the cut and paste function on your computer.
I always thought it replaced the cut and paste.

I tried the 'banned' smilie in an email but it didn't work, so I know sometimes the written word works instead. Tried and :ban: ....still nothing. I'll try the number again in here and see what happens.

Aha!!! .... I see spelling out the word 'banned' in colons works here, but not in POF email. Drats!!!
