When your masterbating or having sex you follow a simple pattern.
start with 9 shallow strokes
then go 1 deep, 8 shallow
2 deep, 7 shallow
all the way to 9 deep strokes
During this you also breath regularly, through the nose and out the mouth
this method focuses some of the thought away from the incredible feelings in the penis and allows a man to recognize the set of feelings before he cums. If he slows or stops for a minute before cumming and starts again with his sets, breathing he will eventually be able to last longer than 3 minutes, geez.

long and slow sessions = 10-15 minutes

Although I would say there have been time that I came within 20 mins but those a few too little to even count. I remember, when I was dating my ex and we didnt have sex without condoms for 6 months or so. But then decided to try without them since she had been on shots for a couple of months and also we have been tested and were clear. She bet me that I only last 45 mins or so average because of condoms and she said she bet me that she will make me cum in no time without condoms. Well I told her it will last atleast one hr and guess what I cummed at exact one hr and one min (61 mins in total) and I won the bet. She looked at the time and laughed and said I was right lol. So its all how you learn to control it and also in your mind and power.
