I think im beginning to understand why all these twenty something year old women are running around like they are pissed off at the world. The guys in their age group think that max is 10 minutes. Get real all you youngins, and listen to the older men and women on this thread. 10 minutes is a joke and will get your ass kicked to the curb. If you cant last at least an hour or more, you need to go see a doctor or get your priorities straight and get to pleasing your lady and not just yourself.
I beg to differ. I've dated several women where if you last longer than 15 minutes they are basically saying "ok stop" (im not speaking foreplay here.. just the act)
It's MORE about how many times you can get her off in that time span. One gf in particular would have her first orgasm within the first 6 minutes and then by the 15 minute mark she was up around 6-7... and basically saying "ok... hurry up and finish... I'm done"
As long as you last long enough for HER. Different women are different. Maybe I'm lucky and always end up with the ones that know how to have orgasms easily... | |

I too have been lucky in that most women I've encountered have had no problem reaching orgasm. Especially with my ex, plenty of foreplay followed by penetration and she'd be riding a wave of multiple orgasms, and she was ready for us to be finished or she would start getting sore.
Now I'm not trying to come off as some kind of stud; it was about her. In fact, I was concerned after my divorce that being with a woman that was so easily orgasmic would make it more difficult to be with someone less inclined to sexual satisfaction. Fortunately, that has proved not to be a concern.  Its about being with your partner and being in the moment, regardless of how long that moment lasts. Yes there are women out there that under an hour is a quickie to them. My ex was that way. All women are totally different from each other. Thats why there is no manual for them. To answer the original question. How long it last is totally irrelevant. What is relevant is are you and your partner both satisfied when it's over. This is more than likely never going to be 100% of the time but "I think" should be 99% of the time.
An Orgasm for anyone is mostly mental. If you can go for days or hours without finishing, obviously something isn't right.
One girl I dated in Florida could not have an orgasm.
Been there, Done that, Learned a great deal.
Some improvement, but not satisfied with the results. Although it would definately help with someone who's patient enough to practice with.
To that I say, you do not need a patient partner, if you feel you are getting close too early just stop. You are the man aren't you? You should be in control of the situation. Look into her eyes, whisper something nice, naughty or sweet into her ear. Give her a long deep passionate kiss, smell her hair, trace the outline of her lips with your fingers then kiss her gently, Whatever you do dont' say "I have to stop for a second". Try this, "Ladies if I'm wrong correct me" next time you are in a romantic situation put a clock where you can see it but she cannot, or just blindfold her, that works too. For the first 20 min touch her everywhere, kiss her everywhere except her breasts, butt, and ******. If she gets bored your doing something wrong. Every 10 minutes after that add something to the list, butt first, then breasts saving the best for last. And when you do get to that don't just jump in like it's a pool on a hot summer day, more like a jacuzzi and ease your way in. Now if you want to make things even better for her, start things off by dropping hints or telling her about the things you are going to do to her hours ahead of time. Tell her to wear a sexy pair of underwear before you go out, because she will need them for later. I know, I know it only take you .5 seconds to get ready for sex. But trust me when I say the more you can tease her, the more you can build up the anticipation of that moment when she can have you, the more you can stimulate her on a mental level toward that moment of truth the less you will have to worry about how long it will last.

The key is simple. Artificial lube. Always keep a bottle of the stuff handy. Replenish often. It's worth it's weight in gold for extended workouts. ;) | |

Rx can totaly increase your time too as many people who've taken the antidepressant Effexor can tell you. I had that issue under Paxil, which was really annoying as it was otherwise a very effective med. I suspect that the increased libedo is an indirect rather than a direct effect, caused by the failure to orgasam.
If you get off Effexor, you may find the exact opposite occurs and you orgasam *very* rapidly for a while. | |
