I would imagine that it does to some degree. As far as I see it, the male penis isn't exactly the most attractive part of the human anatomy, and then you're asking a woman to put it in her mouth. So the last thing she needs is a mouth/nose full of hair to just add to it.

It's not that important. I mean someone who hates it might hurt you with teeth or something. I dont know about the others, but unless a lady knows what to do and really enjoys turning the man on orally... Then I wouldnt want her to even try. It's not that important. Not being serated by teeth.. Very important. 
I on the other hand find it VERY important to go down on a woman. Statistics show that only 17% of women can have Orgasms via penetration, and even that occurs a % of the time based on skill. A Very large % of women can experience an orgasm orally.
For men, it's less a factor.
Therefore, If I want to be in a healthy relationship where the lady feels respected, emotionally close, and satisfied in a total package... She's got to enjoy receiving oral.
So I refuse to get into a long term relationship with soemone who is timid or denies me pleasing her.

But still, every once in a while, especially since I love to give oral, it'd be nice to receive a little even it's only for a little bit. It's the sensation of being spoiled, and having ur lover doing something selfless for you, just for the sake of pleasing you.
